LV, what is your sense of humour like? Is there anything you find hilarious that other people just don't seem to get, or things people always laugh at that you just don't see the funny side of? Any kind of humour that you can't stand? Also, share some of your favourite jokes, or media that you find funny, in here, to give the rest of us a laugh! Laughter is better in groups, right?
my type of humour? I don't really know, all I can say is that I'm someone who thinks that you can make fun of everything, as long as it doesn't hurt someone, even if it's really dark humour And I don't have that much jokes to share, 'cause I'm not that funny, when I make someone laugh, it's almost always just me reacting to what a friend said, by adding a joke to what they were saying, so these are things that are really unfunny when put out of context ^w^
I like punny stupid jokes, so dad jokes I guess. And I'm also a fan of dark humor, like Rick and Morty. The things that I find most funny though aren't exactly jokes, but funny quotes from movies. One of my favorites is from Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters movie. For context, Dionysus, the Greek god of wine, has been cursed I guess so that whenever he tries to drink wine it turns into water. "You know, the Christians have a guy who can do this trick in reverse. Now that's a god."
I like puns and pranks, as well as some dark humor and classic internet memes. DaThings1 was/is (I think he stopped) a favorite youtube pooper back in the heyday of YTPs.
I have a soft spot for Looney Tunes-esque slapstick; and characters doing unexpected and ridiculous things. I draw the line at offensive jokes, overly crass humor, and overdone fart jokes.
My kind of humor is myself. I mean, I get nervous really easily, and so I kind of laugh it off as I hit my head on a desk or something. I know this doesn't seem safe, and trust me when I say it isn't, but it ears a good laugh from me and the people who know me. But, I also like puns, though I'm not good at them like others are. I just find wordplay to be funny and a really skilled attribute of others. But in the end, I draw the line with anything relating to race, religion, and anything that can be harmful to any creature physically or mentally. I just can't stand harming something even though it's a joke. It just hurts my heart.
