I hate writing; I love having written

I have tried to Write my first story i never made it public tho i sat on my cpu looking at the first 2 lines being the title just waiting for the ideas to flow finnaly when i get them i write Like you i rly donot like Writing tht much tbh i just think:"You can do this just finiash the story" i usally have trouble midways like when im like 70 lnines down i think of a new idea or a ttwist that makes e go delte and rewrite again and a gain and again its somewhat frustrarting but its kind of a phaze we all have to go through My goal is to see my self wiritng the neding and looking back at my story and see that like"I did it i wrote the story" it kinda makes up for the trouble i went through but hey? time is free so use it

 

I enjoy writing. It isn't too much of a passion for me, but sure is fun. I have problems starting stories. I can't jump into a story with an idea and be expected to finish it real quick. I've tried before and although it wasn't terrible it didn't feel right to me. Now I come up with plans, and how the story will work out. I'm not sure how everyone else writes their stories, but I'd recommend planning it out to those having a bit of trouble.

 

I noticed that when I have a good idea, it doesn't really come out on the paper like it should. I do like writing a whole lot, but it just isn't the same if it keeps coming it out really weird.

Anyways, I kinda hate writing in general. It just bores me to death. So... yeah. Impromptu is the only kind of speech I ever give.

 

This is how i feel with writer's block. Paraphrasing a conversation with one the few fans I've had who commented from the beginning and on (I email with them, as i do with several others)
"You promised a chapter"
"I'm trying but lack inspiration" (Mentally, since i hate being rude, especially since they became a friend I'm sayimg "Argh! You ask me constantly about chapters, even if it's only a couple days! I'm having issues writin! stop asking!" But never say it)
"Okay. I hope you write soon"
"(Guilt kicks in) I'll try to have one by ___ (Mentally, "Really? You had to guilt me? Ugh. Time to force it.)

So i go and spend forever just staring at phone trying to think of what to type, and finally quit after a paragraph, then freak out the last hour before due date and get it done (or email them feeling bad). When i dont have writer's block I REALLY enjoy writing, having enough fun i don't care if i get views or comments, I'm just happy that i wrote. Though views and comments are appreciated, i don't think anyone ever complains that people are reading and reviewing unless it's flames. I actually haven't been asked in a while, and i think it's the fact that they ran into a super bad case of writers block and realized why i wasn't writing.

 

The only thing different for me when I compare this to myself, is that I enjoy writing. I want to share what I have to others. To see their reaction to a "different" story for once. Of course, in my opinion, my story is pretty lackluster compared to others (which is not entirely an educated judgement considering I only read a select few FanFictions). There are times where I do not feel like writing, or that it is (mind my English) completely shit. I persevere anyway. There is nothing worse in the world of Literature than an incomplete story in my honest opinion. I strive to complete it. THAT is one of my many drives, and one I keep close to my heart.

 

I love writing, I'm just not good at it. Stories are my favorite thing to tell, but they never turn out quite the way I imagine. The details get messed up and I feel like somethings are never enough. It's honestly so hard to write down my thoughts because it never does accurately capture the moment.

 

Whether or not I enjoy writing really depends on what I'm writing, and how I feel about it. Take my fanfiction Destiny for examples. Sometimes, I got the feeling like everything I wanted to write really worked out well. The text was good, dialogue was decent too, just everything looked like it was really well written. However, at other times I got the exact opposite feeling. I had a great idea in my mind, but on paper it really didn't look anything like that. In thoses cases, writing isn't fun to me. So yeah, it just really depends.
