I heart sushi

I saw the word "Genki" and all I could think of is this.

I've had sushi three times before: once at a fancy mid-to-high end restaurant, once homemade by sushi-enthusiast family members, and once at a local asian restaurant.

Times one and two were fails. Attempt number three was pretty awesome, so I'm glad I wasn't deterred.

Honestly, I don't even know what I ate though. My brother has a dietary limitation, and they gave him a whatever* of sushis he couldn't eat. They weren't about to serve it to a different paying customer since it got to the table, so the guy said to give it to the family and he'd get his special sushi for free. So I ate his stuff he couldn't eat and it was fantastic. I wish I knew how to order it again or at least know its name to recommend to others, but it was so good I could easily stuff myself full of those things.

*What is the collective plural noun of sushis? Like a herd of cattle or a murder of crows. Is it a school of sushi? I mean just because the fish are dead doesn't mean it's not still a school of fish.

 

I don't love sushi, but I like it to a good degree. I'll eat it whenever I have the chance, if I'm at a restaurant that serves it for example.
The last time I had sushi was a couple months ago, and it was homemade by my grandma. It was her first time making it, so the taste was a bit off... but still good enough to eat.
Most of the time, I don't even know what kind I'm eating either. All I know is I like the salmon ones the most, and then everything else is just "other sushi" to me.

Sushi is my sister's favorite food actually. Whenever she gets a decent amount of money, one of the first things she always yells is "SUSHIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!". Of course, she doesn't always spend it on sushi, but she has spent money on buying nothing but sushi a number of times before.

 

I absolutely loooooove sushi. I've only had a few times but I've loved every single time. The rest of my family are rather nuetral to it but it's definitely one of my favourite foods.

I usually do know what I'm eating, it labels it pretty well in the menu. xP I don't really have a clear favourite but Nigiri was the first thign that comes to mind so I'll say that's my favourite. xD

 

I really like sushi. Technically, my favorite is a nice sashimi, but I also enjoy all sorts of maki and nigiri. I usually take my sushi with some soy sauce and wasabi, and the pickled ginger as well

 

I mean, I like sushi, but not the fish kind? Like. I like cucumber sushi, because I'm not a huge fan of fish, or seafood in general. But very time I'm at an Asian restaurant and they have plain cucumber sushi I'll get it lol.

No wasabi pls. I'm so bad at eating spicy things it's pathetic lmao. I will eat the ginger though.

 

I really like sushi! I'm not much of a meat-loving person, but I do like fish very much.

I like sushi. I don't go crazy for it, but I certainly would take an opportunity to get some if I could. Good sushi is usually really expensive though, so I haven't had any since moving out on my own.

Usually I'll get some rolls, a teensy bit of soy sauce, and a whopping ton of wasabi. People think I'm going to get hurt with how much wasabi I use, but it's never done any serious damage yet!

 

I dislike sushi. A lot. Unless there are sushi that do not use animals or fish, I would never love it. Is there vegan sushi? I also dislike it because I'm a very fussy eater. Lot's of foods do not mix well for me!

Considering that there's 3 sushi places in a mile- I do eat sushi often. They're all at assorted prices, but I eat at the cheapest one, because I'm broke.
I eat sushi with friends, as my family doesn't like sushi.

 

I'm definitely a "big sushi eater"! Japanese is my favorite cuisine. Though my favorite dish isn't sushi, my favorite roll is definitely the dynamite roll at my local sushi restaurant. Japanese food is definitely something I've loved all my life, and I believe I'll continue to love it!

 

Mmm yes, sushi is one of my favorite foods. I especially love sashimi, when I'm able to have it. I love tuna and salmon nigiri, and spicy tuna roll. So tasty! Unfortunately I don't know how to make it myself, though.
