How easily do you tear up/cry? Are you ashamed of crying in front of others? What are situations where you would cry?

I don't really tear up or cry very often at all. Most of the time it's from yawning too hard or something, haha. I used to be very prone to crying, even if I just tripped over something and scratched myself. Glad I got over that phase. The only time I like crying in front of others is if I have something massive I need to get off my chest and it breaks me. If I get particularly incensed or frustrated or depressed, I may cry because I can't take it anymore and just need to let it out.

I am very empathic person. I easily start copying others state of mind. You are sad so i am sad sort of thing. I have gotten better at hiding/ingoring/controlling those qualities as i got older though.

I also shed some tears in games, movies and animes/mangas. Liked character dies or is suffering. Animal dies. Tragedy happens and so on.

I'm built really sturdy, and I honestly can't remember the last time I shed a tear. On the very rare occasion I do though, it's never in front of people. I find an excuse fast and go do the business elsewhere. Even then, it usually lasts five seconds, then it's back to acting robust.

I'm really damned sensitive to emotional distress, and it doesn't take much to make me tear up. If it does happen, I do feel pretty ashamed sometimes - Especially around friends.

Ooh! I cry easily that is for sure but usually when it comes to movies. When it comes to real life - my life - I am one ugly crier. And I am not ashamed of crying (most of the time. Once I was shamed for almost - ALMOST! - crying by a teacher who was scolding me at the time) and usually tell people if such a movie made me cry.

I get teary-eyed really easily. It is kind of embarrassing, as it happens even if I'm not sad. Anything that makes me feel passionate makes my eyes all leaky, especially if it's a subject I know lots about or an art of some sort. Trying to explain to my friends how awesome this song I found is? Eyes watering. Having a philosophical debate in a heated topic? Eyes watering.

It's frustrating and annoying, but only because it detracts from what I'm trying to do. If people see my eyes watering, they don't listen to what I'm saying. If there was ever anything worth crying over, I would feel no shame for openly doing so. Speaking of which, I think that there are many things worth crying for, both happy and sad. A birth, a death, a marriage, a divorce, a heartfelt statement between friends, an onslaught of bitter words. All of these are things that I would consider worth crying over, but for different reasons. I only wish it was more acceptable to cry for the happy things in life. Society seems to determine that nothing short of a tragedy constitutes an appropriate time for shedding tears, but I believe that we should all be open to crying for more of the happiness in life.

I usually don't cry. I force myself not too. However the death of a close family member, tons of stress (usually caused by first), and the last episode SAO season two (Mother's Rosario) are all proven ways of making me cry. I guess I'll add in levels of pain high enough that i almost stop feeling it (numb from pain) does make me cry. But because of how long i keep it forced down, when i cry, i CRY. Full out sobbing uncontrollably for long periods of time.

    I have a habit of crying when I laugh and yawn so I cry a lot that way and that's no problem for me to do in public. When it comes to sad or distressed crying, I really don't like doing it in public. If there's a chance of me crying around others there's a weird feeling that starts spreading that feels something like anger or disgust? I can't really place it but It's negative for sure;;
I don't wanna have to burden others with my problems, especially since a lot of them can't really be solved by talking or anything. Why make the atmosphere sad when I could keep it happy?

Admittedly, I cry really really easily. Literally the last time I cried was an hour ago on the bus. Lmao.

I hate hate hate crying in front of others because usually they're gona ask what's wrong and if someone irl is asking I don't wanna tell them. I cry when sad, or if I get frustrated.

I rarely cry. Not always a good thing, though (eg. not at funerals). I try to not show a lot of emotion in front of other people.

I don't really cry much at all, in fact if I do cry it's probably because of a loss of life or something similar to that. I don't like others watching me cry, but there is no shame in crying.

I only ever cry during movies/anime and the like.. hardly ever at personal situations haha. Despite the rough patches in my life I'm still a pretty positive person and media has a much easier time making me cry. 8D; Quite sensitive on top of that so it's common for me to tear up a little when watching something. </3

I'm very sensitive so I cry pretty easily, I would feel embarrassed crying in front of people but the ones I have cried in front of are my family and best friend. The situations I cry in is if there is a sad scene in a show/movie/book I'm interested in, I'll also cry if put on the spot as well.

    I cry so easily.
Watching a sad youtube vid? Cry
Watching a movie with a sad scene? Cry
Watching an anime with a sad moment? Cry
Stub my toe? Swear, then cry

I mostly shed some tears when I yawn, but if something triggers my anxiety very badly, it can cause me to tear up and shake quite badly. I do get teary-eyed during some emotional scenes in games or movies if I'm very attached to the character, but other than that, I don't cry too often.

I don't really cry when watching emotional scenes on the silver screen. Normally, I don't shed tears. I don't like to shed tears. I do have emotional problems which involve me "bottling up" my emotions and then them bursting out, usually in tears. Thank heavens I haven't gotten like that in months.
