    You know, it makes sense that the clock would be gold, given how expensive it is, but yours actually looks a lot more fitting for the setting. I like it a lot. And you'd think a clock that prevents things from decaying would be expensive regardless of what it's made from.

    Amen to that. I get the hyper expensive Gold Clock stuff but the original just struck me as tacky and unappealing. I need something that matches the overall aesthetic, you know?
