    The deoxys egg say the exact same things as the jirachi egg and it even say that at level 40 it evolves into a jirachi

    Yeah evolve in this case would be hatching. They appear in the same areas of the site that is why they match.

    I think what they're saying is that the Deoxys egg says that it hatches into Jirachi? Hard to tell without a screenshot of this.
