Would you say that you're a lucky person? Does your luck come and go in streaks, or is it restricted to isolated incidences or events? Ever had your luck dessert you right when you need it the most? Or are you the kind of person who believe in making your own luck? Or doesn't believe in luck at all?
Luck... In truth, I believe luck is like karma. I believe it comes when you deserve it, not when you want it. I would think this because I've managed to avoid being hit in the head several times in the past months, but I end up being hurt whether by a simple doorframe or just an "unlucky" hit by my brother (which happens only because I'm too scared to defend myself). So, I guess that answers it. I'm lucky only in certain situations that could lead to concussions, and it really only works when it's not my fault. But still, it's karma to me.
Luck is pretty strange with me. Sometimes, I get extremely lucky and manage to get good stuff from RNG. Other times... not so much. It really depends - I always feel less lucky in a stressful situation, or when up against a strong opponent.
Definitely comes in streaks. I can have phases of utter unluckiness or be so lucky that I wonder where all this good karma comes from, haha. Even if people tell me I deserve that good karma and luck which comes as a result of it. 〈(゜。゜) Definitely prefer to work hard and make my own luck though, since it's obviously much more stable lol. Even though procrastination can make that hard........
Luck to me is something that's completely random. I generally deal with a lot of statistics so quantifying probable out comes is something I'm used to. Thus luck to me is just spinning the wheel of fortune. Completely random and I have no control in where it will land. Though I do feel like I have control over making outcomes I want, to be more probable and focus my attention on making them more probable. In terms of my luck, I feel like I'm luckier than the average person, but no where close to the luckiest man alive. I feel like the wheel favors me more than it doesn't. My luck is as random as the wheel it spins on. Sometimes I have good luck sometimes I have bad, but it could go either way at any time. I don't really have streaks of good or bad luck.
