If every Smash Bros Main had a Rival, who/what would it be?

I'd say Fox vs Wolf instead of Fox vs Falco, as Fox and Wolf are actual rivals in the Star Fox series. Others would include Kirby vs Dedede since they're pretty much enemies/rivals in the game.

 

All fighters' rival is Bayonetta.

 

It seems like a strange match, but I might say my main Mewtwo's opposite might be Pit. They're both created by something different from their selves, and those methods of creation are opposite. Pit was purposely created by the divine as an upholder of peace and goodness, while Mewtwo was created as a mad science Frankenstein's monster as an abomination of nature with no purpose in existence, gravitating to a chaotic world.

Plus they're both floaty, can reflect, have some long-range attacks, etc etc etc.

 

If we can include Ultimate into this, I'd say King K. Rool is a better main for Bowser. They're both big, reptilian kings that are majorly greedy. They also have a huge focus on power over speed. (Bowser's also one of my mains btw)

Roy's rival I think would be Marth. Marth is very fast, fluid, and graceful in his swordplay, whereas Roy is more is more reckless in favor of higher power. Plus, Roy was originally a clone of Marth in Melee, but has significantly been decloned since. Ike could also be crammed into this and make it a three-way rivalry. He is much slower and more powerful than Roy, to the point that he basically uses his sword more like a club. He also share's Roy's affinity to fire. But most importantly, they all have counters

I can't really come up with anything for my other mains; Lucas and Cloud. Lucas could maybe have Ness?

Ooooooooo a smash thread. Alright, here are my rivals.

Smash 4 Zard and Pokémon Trainer since Zard was demoted form solo to part of a trio

But for Real though, I’d Zard vs Corrin. Both are somewhat dragons so they’ll butt heads.

Mario’s actually really easy since he has a lot of rivals from own universe in smash and even Sonic is his rival. It sure if Pac and Mega are rivals of his but eh.

Dr. Mario could pretty much have all of Mario’s rivals (man, my mains are boring) it I could see him being rivals with Wii Fit Trainer XD
