Latios or Latias fur so then I can reflect light in such a way that I can disguise myself as someone else or make myself completely invisible. It literally defies physics, but the anime and the manga got away with it so why can't I.

Deoxys' shapeshifting limbs. One minute I have a super-strong alien arm, the next I can be an inflatable tube man.

Solrock's tail. I know it doesn't have one. That's the point. I don't want Pokémon body parts because people would be terrified of me. I also think most of the options would cause more harm than good.

Either the wings of any flying type Pokémon large enough that I could actually fly, or those sensor things that Riolu and Lucario have so I could see aura. Would that look silly? I think pretty much any Pokémon body part would look silly on a human, but Cynthia pulled it off.

 

The ultra floofy cloud wings of an Altaria. Comfort, flight, and aesthetic all in one. Triple win.
