    Hey, so
    I have a new job, right? Right.
    Now I have two jobs
    Because I need to make ends meet

    And uh
    I start work in about 40 mins (at time of writing)
    Where I will work from 11 pm
    until
    6 AM IN THE MORNING

    And then I work AGAIN

    AT 8:30 AM
    THE SAME DAY
    UNTIL 1:30 PM
    THE SAME DAY






    AFTER NOT SLEEPING

    AND DOING THINGS I'VE NEVER DONE BEFORE


    SO I'M BEING THROWN INTO IT
    TO FILL IN FOR SOMEONE

    WHEN I HAVEN'T DONE THE THINGS THEY ASK ME TO

    IN THEIR WAY BEFORE

    Aw, that's brutal. Its not in vain though (I hope), after a while your body adjusts to the schedule and the pay will accumulate, it might just be something you wouldn't regret doing.

    I have the exact same reaction every time you bring up your oh-so-credible 7 doctorate degrees.

    Seriously, we aren't stupid. The world record for doctorate degrees is 3. You are not legally allowed to have more than one without applying for special permissions. There a million restrictions on how you can go about getting those permissions.

    Now please, in the future, keep rude and stupid things to yourself.

    You had me at 11.30pm-6am coupled with 8.30am-1.30pm shifts...
    ...that puts it at 6.5 plus 5 hours...
    ...never mind the sleep you'll have to juggle (I'd recommend sneaking a nap in after your night shift)...
    ...figuring out the logistics alone is frustrating.

    Shit, son.
    I wonder if I can coerce a dragon to do me a favour and either lessen your workload or find you a substitute - or at least rearrange your hours.
    It's always acceptable to just stop, let out frustration, and admit that life sucks - because it does. Yet people are sturdy creatures - they don't go down without a fight. And that, to me, is truly marvellous.

    Only big issue is really the fact that I had work earlier yesterday.. I haven't had sleep in 23 hours and I hate defaulting back to not sleeping, ya'know?
