Would you say you're easily angered? Any reason why you get angry so easily? What helps you cool down? What angers you the most?

On the flip, what helps you stay calm? What "triggers" you? How patient are you?

What's the opposite of easily angered? Yeah, that's me. My family make robot jokes about me because I get angry about as often as a computer.

In the same vain, when I do get angry (which is very rare), I generally go a but insane. Nothing really calms me down except sleep. Last time I was legitimately angry (About 4 years ago), I broke a wooden practice sword against a wall, went to my bedroom and passed out. Given that this is what happens when I get angry, it's good that it's very rare for me to be angry.

I don't even remember the last time I was angry. That instinct has long been purged from my mind, long before I began phasing out my emotions.

I know when I was younger I was angry more often, due to issues with my relatives. At some point I realised that the anger accomplished nothing, and only hurt all parties involved. It was, therefore, pointless to ever be angry. So, I stopped.

While 'calm' is not the opposite of angry, I can safely say that I am calm almost all of the time because of the aforementioned mental discipline.

I do the "fake angry for comedy" stuff a lot, but real anger is pretty rare for me. I'm pretty patient too. What really gets me going are people who do sports and games and take them extremely seriously, I only do that stuff for fun so seeing somebody pour all of their efforts in without apparent enjoyment ruins my enjoyment of the activity with their "try-hard"ness.

    This time last year? Yes.
But since I started my recovery, no, I don't really get that angry any more, I tend to analyze my emotions first.

I am not a really angry person and try to stay as calm as possible. I fume when people try to prove me wrong when I'm actually right, because they don't want me to be right. I also fume at animal cruelty, which makes me heavily angry on the inside. Generally, Nintendo can calm me down, especially relaxing music.

I can't get angry. I think I have a psychological disability or something, because I just don't get angry. The most I get is a contained where, if I had the violent tendency within me, I would leap at and strangle someone, but even then it would be just to render them unconscious rather than express my own rage.

The thing is, good decisions don't come when you're angry. They just don't. I make good decisions, and I can't make good decisions while angry, so I don't get angry.
