Caught in a landslide, no escape from reality Do you daydream? What sort of things do you think about when life decides to bore you to tears with a mundane reality? Or are you able to always keep your mind on the task at hand, even if it's extremely tedious and you'd rather be literally anywhere else?
I daydream a lot about how cool it'd be to a professional athlete. Daydreaming is pretty fun and I do it if I'm stressed out about being in a tough spot and not knowing what to do about it.
I daydream every now and then. Sometimes, I can get good story ideas... most of the time, it's something incredibly stupid.
By nature, I daydream even in the most serious of times. I've never really enjoyed fighting, but that's where my daydreams end up, if not in the gutter or with me hitting my head on a wall. But, while I don't mind it, I'm not exactly smart, so it distracts from when I'm trying to get classwork done (even if I am number 1 in the class). So, it's a nice escape, but it definitely distracts me.
I think that I "write-dream" because when I write a story, I get so immersed in it that I lose track of time and one point I accidentally called one of my friends by the name of one of my characters.
I daydream a lot. So much it ended up becoming a huge issue in high school were I couldn't concentrate on my assignments or studies because I was too busy immersed in my imaginary worlds. I daydream about many things, but like I stated above imaginary worlds are the main one. Usually my worlds are retrofuturistic and SciFi in nature, though occasionally I'll create fantasy worlds of a steampunk/mediaeval blend.
I Do Daydream Too-Especially For Ideas In Drawing/Writing. And Of Course-When I Imagine Too Far, I Can Cry When Come To Reality. That's Why Dreamworld Universal Is The Imagination Universal Created Based On Reality Like Knowing Cassini In Reality Cause Cassini To Be Appear In Dreamworld Universal For Example.
I don't and never have, I've never really been able to? I dream fine when sleeping but I've never experienced a daydream
I always focus strongly at the task at hand, but whenever I'm not doing anything, I day dream. Times when I rest, travel, or am bored with class and already know how to do everything, I daydream to pass the time. My fantasies are often where I get story scene ideas and story ideas. When I make a good fantasy, I love just sitting back and letting it play out in my head.
With how drifty I am, daydreaming is to be expected. Usually I think about my hobbies, day or goals. If I'm romantically interested in someone, I tend to just think about them. My daydreams always consist of long one sided conversations and rapidly flashing mental images of the subject.
My daydreaming is mostly of my numerous fanfiction. I'm always plotting out stories and scenes in my head. It helps me to get a better idea of where my stories are going, as well as gets me excited for the story.
