It's certainly interesting.

I'll admit I'm one of those horrible people who mostly joined up for the chance to use a thread for the Friend Safari. I'll abide by the rules and make my five posts before I try dishing out my friend code, though.

Anyway, I love the Pokémon games, but I just don't have a whole lot to say about 'em, y'know? I'm not quite as impassioned about them as others are. You could say I'm one of those 'filthy casuals' : p. They're fun to play, the creatures are cool, the ability to interact with people across the world is pretty amazing (what I would have given for that back in the GameBoy days).

I guess for an 'about me', I'm a lover of the arts in general. I'm only a writer at the moment, but I want to one day compose music, paint masterpieces, write for movies, act, design games... everything, really. I'm actually a mod/admin of a lively Pokémon story group and write for it occasionally when I'm not busy either with the group itself or real life activities, which is why I got the note to join up here, I guess. I've gotten some compliments about my work and that made me feel pretty good, but I still see myself as just starting out. Outside of the two or three things I've written for my group I haven't ever really tried writing before. Not even short stories written for myself that no one else would ever see. The group was a chance to improve my skills as a writer, I took it, and eventually became a mod and too busy to do the one thing I signed up for xD. Kinda sucks, but hey, I'm helping people.

I can't promise I'm going to stick around for a long while, and in fact may end up disappearing within a day or two. On top of being busy with real life stuff and the duties of being a mod, I'm generally incredibly forgetful. If I'm not reminded to hop in here every once in a while I'll completely forget it even exists within a week. That said, this does seem like a great hangout spot and, if I manage to actually remember to stop by, I think I would enjoy myself here~ I'll add this place to my bookmarks and see if that helps any.

And with all that out of the way, hello! The name's Chobin, but I called myself Chobble here for some reason. Pleasure to meet you and all that.

You guys just come in a swarm, eh? Quiet for half an hour and then four of you all at once! It's a pleasure to meet all of you, and hopefully I'll be able to remember to drop in every now and again.
