Like the title says. Do you think that there is a line between 'Kids Stuff' and 'Normal' stuff? Or Do you think there is no specific boundary? Either way, I'm curious, so comment your thoughts.

I feel like people can just enjoy what they enjoy, as long as they don't make others uncomfortable.

Great example, My Little Pony. I personally feel a bit uncomfortable about the stereotype "Bronies" have, but as long as you don't fit that stereotype (or rather, tell me about it) I'm fine with someone being interested in it.

I love a lot of things that are regarded as kids stuff. Hell, we are all on a Pokémon forum, after all. That's seen as "kid's stuff." :P

Kid's stuff, when you boil it down, is really about the paradigm of your society. Something that is seen as childish in America can be seen differently in Spain, for instance. You can even have a difference in the general opinions of childishness between America's East and West Coasts! It's an opinion that varies everywhere, and also changes with time.

When you base something's value on so inconsistent of an idea as childishness, you're bound to get tons of different answers. That's why my personal opinion is that it doesn't matter if somebody sees something as "just kids stuff" because that's a variable opinion, and an opinion at that. If I like something then I like it, and fretting about whether or not it is seen as childish by others isn't worth putting energy into. Give it a few years and the opinion will change anyways.

To each their own, but I would find it quite strange to find a full grown adult to be watching Dora the Explorer or Clifford the Big Red Dog on a daily basis. Most of those toddler shows are just for educational purposes (that a full grown adult should already know), so I wouldn't see the purpose or point of watching those shows. There's generally no line of humor, plot, or entertainment involved (unless you're of course, a toddler or very young child). In the end, it just ultimately depends on the show and if the said show(s) even serve any kind of purpose that an adult could gain out of.
