Giovanni has order Team Rocket onto their mission steal Ash's Dracovish and Goh's Arctozolt from them to send them to Giovanni, so that he can sell them for his profit because he has refer to them as the weirdest fossilized false critters that he has ever discovered. However Ash and Goh manage to save their Dracovish and Arctozolt's life, respective from Team Rocket's attempt to steal them by releasing them back into the wild, sending them off fading away on permanent vacation into hiding with their bidden farewell, no longer making their comeback.
