@122 Generation For being portrayed by a live actor, the Evergreen costume was realistic. The part was actually played by two actors--one for her Kirlia form, and one for her Gardevoir form.
kirito slightly blushed seeing them play .. he was impressed so far by the one who played him. he wondered what would happen in the tournameny if he rememebred correctly major thing happened to him
@Tala Even Misty wondered how the tournament scene would work. Granted, theater troupes could pull off some amazing things, so she trusted this troupe's ability to do a tournament scene.
The way that Evergreen was played in her Kirlia form brought a smile to the actual Evergreen. Maria also was distracted by her portrayal in the play, and only Leon and Belle seemed to be enjoying the play as a whole.
@ShireHime @122 Generation @Shadria @Tala (I'll wait on everyone else's suggestions, and go from there)
(tournament! ) Seline watched, interested in seeing what they were so remembered for- what parts of their adventure stood out to others.
@ShireHime @122 Generation @Shadria @Tala (The tournament scene is in Act 2, since it takes a while to set up)
@ShireHime @122 Generation @Shadria @Tala It wasn't long before Act 2 began, and a festive melody played as crowds of extras paraded on to recreate the tournament's pageantry. Every banner was accurate to the real thing, and no detail in the Red Lion armor was out of place.
Kirito felt uncertain what would happen next. he remembered the battle with the other mage very well and the outrage to Brock
For Maria, watching this play was like watching her memories come to life. She recalled the tournament in Arania and how she herself participated in the swordfighting. If only Leon was there to watch it! But then again, a play could make up for partly that. Evergreen had almost forgotten that she was a Kirlia at the time of the tournament, and that she had a very dark opinion of Kirito at the time too. Leon and Belle were no less entertained.
@122 Generation Even Misty was amazed at the costumes. Even the herald of the Red Lions looked accurate!
@ShireHime @122 Generation @Shadria @Tala The troupe had put a lot of thought into the fight scenes. Every clash, every lunge, and every parry was done with expert precision and timing.
Leon felt like he was not only watching a performance, but that history was being retold before his eyes. He found it hard to believe that Maria, the sweet little cousin he knew, would be capable of such swordfighting skills. Then again, she had aided him in combat after these events. Evergreen watched the parries. [This is really well done.]
