Johto Starters in ORAS

Cyndaquil for me!

Fire types are pretty hard to come by in Hoenn and I already got a Chikorita from Wonder Trade so I picked this cute little destroyer

 

I chose Totodile as a balance to the grass type I started with,

 

Cyndaquil, because it is my favourite of the Johto starters.

My Hoenn starter was Treecko, my Unova starter was Snivy, and the starter I plan to get for Sinnoh is probably going to be Chimchar. Since my 'team' is already bigger than two PC boxes, I don't worry too much about balance. In fact, as soon as I get a Ditto (or I might have a female in one of the starters), I'm going to breed a pair of each, and GTS them for the remaining starters.

Gotta catch 'em all!

 

I just chose Chikorita, since it's my favorite. I have them all on X pretty sure so it didn't matter too much to me hehe, but it's a cute concept anyway, to get so many starters in this game!

 

I chose Chilorita because for some reason I just didn't feel good picking Cyndaquil (although he was the first starter I ever had)... But I'll be trading over the other starters later.

 

Cyndaquil. I love Fire.

 

I chose Cyndaquil. It was my jhoto starter in my RSE files, so I thought, why not?

Also, am I the only one that got a good lel out of the scene where you get the starter?

 

I chose Totadile because I started with Treecko aahhhh.

She was female too, and Impish!

 

I have them all three, so I doesn't matter, but since I love Cyndaquill, I'm gonna pick Cyndaquill xD

 

I chose Totodile since I already had them all from moving everything over from Pokémon X anyways baha. So the choice didn't matter much to me in the end! Totodile just happened to stick out at that particular moment, though I really love Chikorita.

 

I think I'll be choosing Cyndaquil, though I'm not 100% sure. I don't really prefer any of the Johto starters over the others xD

 

I picked Totodile, as it's one of my favorite starters out of all the Pokémon games! It's so cute. I was certainly surprised when I saw the leaked pictures of these starters before release. Thought it was fake at first.

 

Chikorita.

I like it much better than the other two, for a reason I can't pinpoint.

I got a Cyndquil and a Totodile through Wonder Trade a few days later, so I suppose I'm not really missing anything.

 

Well from this 3 Pokémon i think the best final evolution is feraluigatr so...

It was a semi-random choice since I had all three starters transferred from XY. I chose Chikorita.

Unfortunately, he has a careful nature. But I taught him seed bomb so hopefully he will be a good physical attacker...

 

I picked Chikorita. I lost my Meganium a while ago, and Meganium is my favorite Johto starter, so I picked the absolutely adorable Chikorita! Sorry Typhlosion and Feraligatr, but Meganium is better to me than you two.

 

Dragon Dance Feraligatr >.<. It is just OP

 

I already had the final evolutions of all the Johto starters due to replaying SoulSilver a few times, so I chose Chikorita so that I wouldn't have to breed to get data on it.
