Replace the last Magikarp with a Feebas, and I think this team is ready for battle! Here's a set I came up with:

    Feebas
    Item: Everstone
    Ability: Swift Swim
    Level: 1
    Jolly Nature
    - Splash

    You need a Gyarados!

    Gyarados
    Item: Normalium Z
    Level: 100
    Adamant Nature
    - Splash

    Now you can use Z-Splash!

It’s HP and Defense are too high. I want something that has a lower HP and Defense for my strategy.

That would be a great idea if I ever felt like trolling! Sadly, Arceus can not learn Splash, therefore it doesn’t fit in the strategy. But thanks for the suggestion!

Magikarp with focus slash + flail is surprisingly deadly.

I feel it's necessary to mention this team still violates species clause and item clause where each are applicable. Please bear in mind that most battle formats other than pre-post-non-meta-game in most Pokémon games prohibits any Pokémon on a given team having the same National Dex number or from holding the same items as one another. It will be easy to adjust those Everstones for other very useful hold-items like Potion or Max Revive, but exchanging those Magikarp for other species will be more difficult. Might I recommend for replacing any one of the remaining multiples of Magikarp:

    Smeargle
    Item: Escape Rope
    Level: 255
    IVs: 31 in everything
Quirky Nature (I suppose Serious or Hardy might work if you have low standards)
    - Splash
    - <unassigned>
    - <unassigned>
    - <unassigned>

    I hope this helps!

Ah, okay! I’ll switch up the team a little.
    Magikarp
    Level 1
    Serious Nature
    Everstone
    - Splash

    Feebas
    Level 1
    Relaxed Nature
    Chesto Berry
    -Splash

    Gyarados
    Level 20
    Jolly Nature
    Eviolite
    - Splash

    Smeargle
    Level 255
    IVs: 31 all
    Quirky Nature
    Escape Rope
    -Splash

    Any more I can add?

I've gotta say, this team is absolutely total garbage competitively. Theres no saving it. Theres just so much wrong with it. Assuming the team is OU...
    • Magikarp, Feebas, Cosmog, Hoppip, and perhaps even Gyarados are completely unviable, and Smeargle and Gyarados have awful sets.
    • All the items are ckmpletely useless besides Feebas and Cosmogs.
    • You cant deal any damage to the opponent at all, resulting in a near-guaranteed loss.
    • The Smeargle is hacked and probably illegal due to being at Level 255.
haha im sorry i couldn't resist please dont hurt me

Oran Berry heals in the game, however, so that's a problem. I want my team to not need healing items (just look at it).
The Stick... I'm not sure what it does, but I'll check!

It's OrEn berry. It's designed in PMD to make you fall for it, as it makes your health deplete instead of increasing it.
