    Lol maybe not competitive, but it could screw with someone xD Nobody likes to be under Attract, it is easily the most annoying thing ever xD Put on a team with Politoed, since it has Swift Swim, and just spam the super-fast status moves xD Almost just as good as a Prankster Pokémon really xD
