KH 2.8 ?

I already played DDD on the 3DS (that's a lotta Ds haha), so I bought the game for the animated movie about the disciples and the 0.8 Fragmentary Passage.

If you haven't played or bought DDD already, then buying 2.8 is worth it. The game's more fun than before without worrying about breaking a circle pad. (Though imo the story tries way too hard tying together previous games to the point of becoming ludicrous.)

If you're playing it just for 0.2... then you're better off waiting a month for a reduced or used price, or borrowing it from an irl friend. Don't get me wrong, it's incredibly fun to play and pretty, but the length and replayability leaves something to be desired. Like a demo for KH3. (But I didn't care because Aqua is best gurl)

 

Yeah I played DDD as well, btw, levelwhat, I'm adding you as one of my friends, if thats okay, and I can't wait for KH3 the ending we've been waiting since the first game. Can't wait!

I've played DDD on the 3DS as well, and it looks way better on the PS4, not joking. Just so awesome. Especially 0.2.

 

That is so true, and cool signiture, Leon is so cool, I just don't wan't to be on the wrong side of that Gunblade of his. But Roxas is beast when it comes to personality, he has his own, the only Nobody that has one of his own, jiust be glade that we didn't have two Sora's running around. He looks like Ven, but is Sora's Nobody, but has his own personality. I hope that Flowmotion returns, that was just awsome!

Two Soras would be chaos. Roxas is awesome. He may look like Ven, but yeah, he is definitely his own person, no matter what they say. Flowmotion was a great feature, I have to agree.

 

I really hope that in KH3 that Roxas does make a return, as well as Naminé, Xion, Ansem The Wise, Ventus, Aqua, and Terra, and btw, did anyone ever read DarkFoxKit's Birth By Sleep: Roxas's story on fanfic? If not, go and read it now its funny, amazing and cool, and seeing how I am still an author, go and read some of my stories. And here is a challenge for you youtubers out there who can make music videos and such, make some music videos of one of my stories. I know that is a bit much to ask for but, if you wanyt to try it, go right ahead. And if you do my KH/DT crossover, Takato's Keyblade Design is literally my pages emblem. Later

I have seen it, I don't know if I've read it though....I really enjoy Pokéhearts by Aoi Hyoundou. I hope I spelled it right...it was the fanfiction that actually got me into fanfiction, lol. Alas, I cannot make any kind of video, no matter how simple...I actually have started a Kingdom Hearts/Tokyo Ghoul crossover called A Ghoul's Light, its practically the only one on FFN...

Yeah, Roxas and the others need to be there. It would be totally awesome to see them in those graphics, if only for a few moments. But I'm sure Roxas will be there. Or at least, I'm hoping.

 

Yeah right! In my KH/DT crossover Takato is Keyblade wielder but he holds his Keyblade reverse grip, vut could also hold it normally to get more of a power boost! Imagine if Takato and Ven teamed up? Boy they could be unbeatable in speed, especially when Takato enters... Oops, almost spilled something I have planned. And Takato has a command Style, I call it, "Hazordus Command Style: Hazards End." perfict for our Tamer of Hazard! :troll!

I'm debating on getting this game, but I'm not quite sure what it is. Could someone explain it in simple terms? I know it's a remaster of Kingdom Hearts, but not which games it remasters or which are included.

 

Okay, so there is Dream Drop Distance, which was originally released on the 3DS. The other two items available in the game are actually new content in the series.

0.2 is one of them. It uses the character Aqua from Birth By Sleep, and it uses the awesome new graphics Kingdom Hearts 3 will use similarly. It's shorter, but it's new content in the series that we haven't seen yet.

The last thing is the Kingdom Hearts Unchained X movie. I believe it's about an hour or so, and takes place far before even Birth By Sleep. It even takes place before the Keyblade War. It tells the story, I think, of how it all began...there is a mobile game with the same name, and it takes very loosely from that. In fact, the movie focuses on the Foretellers, I believe, since I have personally not watched it yet.

 

Reading this makes me consider purchasing the game--though I'm still skeptical. I have a really off-feeling from 3D, as the story felt way too sloshed around for my taste. If I can get the gameplay from KH1 and KH2 back, I'll be sold. I'll have to look more into some gameplay videos.

 

Update: DDD does look a lot better on the PS4 than on the 3DS, just have to get used to the controls of Flowmotion a little, lol. But it looks so amazing, and I forgot to mention that the movie will also have the way better graphics. I only get to play in the morning though...

 

Yeah! Just gotta hold out for that KH3. It'll get here. Eventually.

To me 0.2 takes the better parts of KH2 and Birth by Sleep and Dream Drop Distance and puts them into one.

 

That's true. It has a lot of great features, and has the awesome combos and some of the flowmotion mechanics as well. The combat is pretty good too.

Just being able to pull off Spellweaver like in the trailers is so satisfying. Half of the fun is in the spectacle of it. Have I mentioned how pretty the new engine is?
