"Krieg"

Soft azure light illuminates a slapdash wooden stage set within a void of darkness. Aged, moth-eaten velvet drips from the edges like smears of blood, and the single microphone occasionally hums with feedback from an invisible speaker. After a stretch of empty noise the muted taps of sneakers on wood echo throughout the room, a casual unhurried gait carrying Krieg to the mike stand where its drawn from its longstanding perch and gripped by long, skinny fingers. "Is anyone listening? Of course you're not, this is a forum post." The words bounce across the void, tasting of adolescent snark. "My newest moniker, which I'm graciously allowing you to call me, is 'Krieg.' No particular reason behind it. I'm unique, (so is everyone else though) but I'd like to think of myself a tiny bit unique-er. I spend majority of my free time writing and reading manga, also listening to music and drawing. I see myself as a fairly serious person, but I like grand gestures . . . as you can see. I hope one person reading this appreciates my extravagance." With a slight hand flourish, the mike is quickly slipped back in place, and the lights dim before completely bathing the vacated stage in darkness.
