Event Lake Valor Awards 2018

Welcome to our very special Lake Valor Awards: 6th Year Anniversary Edition! To celebrate our anniversary on November 21st, we want to celebrate YOU. That's right, this year you can nominate fellow users in certain categories to give them the recognition you feel they deserve!

This year, we have many fun categories available. Your job is to read through them and nominate users that you feel deserve to win these categories.

Categories:

• Jokester - This user has made lots of people laugh with their funny wisecracking posts, videos, pictures and more.
• Respectable Member - This user is just downright cool. Everyone has a lot of respect for them!
• Knowledgeable Member - This user has shared their wisdom and knowledge with members many times, they can always inspire people with their posts.
• Talented Artist - This user has an incredible amount of artistic talent, and everyone knows it!
• Honorable Member - This member is truly something special and reputable!
• Favorite Thread - This user has created a thread that is very enjoyable! (Please link us to the thread in question)
• Favorite Shop - This user's shop in the market has sold many items, and everyone loves it!
• Quality Poster - This user has made a lot of really good posts which are long and creative.
• Friendliest Member - This user is nice to all, they are friendly and caring.
• Most Dedicated - This member is on LV virtually everyday.
• Most Talkative - This member is always chatting in the Discord Chat.
• Golden Newbie - This member has joined in the year 2018 and has become very notable and admired.
• Favorite Roleplay - This roleplay is really good! It's fun for everyone and we love it!
• Favorite Literature - This piece of literature is just so amazing that you always look forward to seeing it being updated.
• Favorite Signature - This users signature is just. So. Good! It's amazing to look at! (Link/Screenshot with Nomination)
• Favorite Avatar - When you see this avatar, you instantly think of them! It's brilliant. (Link/Screenshot with Nomination)
• Favorite Usertitle - The little title that appears under their name is amazing! (Screenshot with Nomination)

Nomination Guidelines:

1. You may nominate up to 3 users per category.
2. You may not nominate yourself.
3. You may not ask to be nominated, bribe or beg.
4. You do not need to send in nominations for every category, just the ones you are interested in!
5. Please keep your nominations sincere - there's no need to just nominate your friends.

Remember, this is all in good fun. There are no prizes for getting nominated, it's just a great way to appreciate your fellow users and get them recognised.​

We have made a pretty big alteration we'd like to update you on:

Nominations now end on the 14th. That means that on the 14th, we will open up Voting Threads which allow users to vote on nominated users and content for each award category. We usually do this but planned to change it this year, however it has come to my attention that allowing you all to vote will help streamline the process and have you all more involved with the process.

Don't worry, like with your nominations your votes will be 100% private. Just make sure you get in your nominations before November 14th.
