Mmm... I'd probably actually own something along the lines of a Battle Subway, but on the surface! I like trains, so owning a battle train would be awesome (I even have Ingo as my avatar on Showdown!) I'd be accompanied by my trusty Lapras!

I will open a gym/stadium for super training for trainers and Pokémon alike! We will have exersice for everyone! Gym, yoga, martial arts and many more! I will also host spa for afret training shovers and of course... Saunas

It will be called:

HoneyBody-Stadium!

 

I'd be in charge of a theater, hosting plays, musicals and band performances!
It would be free for use by Pokémon and humans alike, and the audience could give performers gifts on their way out if they wish to do so.

 

I'd open up the Lake Valor staff offices, we would probably need one of those! Sounds boring but sharing an office with my fellow LV staff would be a dream come true. It would be hilarious, crazy and beautiful all at the same time.

 

I would probably be the Elite Four Champion, but don't expect a walk in the park! I'd also hang around at Xarn's place a lot.

 

Well, since i want to be a zoo keeper when i grow up, how about a Pokémon zoo? The Pokémon would be well cared for, and since Pokémon can become more docile, there would be up close lessons about them.

 

I would probably open up a Pokémon Daycare (where I would secretly force people's Pokémon to make eggs for me MWAHAHAHAHA). Oh and I think it would also be nice to put up a Pokémon School just beside my Daycare.

Awesome! Looks like I made a smart choice becoming Champion! Now, if only I had people to be the elite four members...

 

I'd do a museum. Kinda like the Pewter Museum of Science, but mine would be less tiny. And about Pokémon in general, not more based off of Rock types, with a (EDIT:10 entrance fee, my previous price was based off the Pokedollar, then I realized Pokepoints have the exact same symbol ) and free admission for Champions and other business owners. I'd have Kurt make some pokeballs, have a history of pokeballs, information on all known legendary Pokémon as well as facilities to study Pokémon migration, eating habits, physiology, Pokerus, and the elusive missingno.!
It shall be known as the Museum of Eons, as it both studies the past, and the Eon Dragons are my two favorite Pokémon. So the Twin's exhibit miiiiight be a LOT larger than that of the other Pokémon. Just sayin'

 

I'd open an indoor skydiving arena combined with a trampoline house. There, you can feel like you're flying in the air along with your Pokémon, jumping around to your hearts delight!

 

I would probably run the Police Department, together with the International Police Area, where me and Looker would work side by side, solving all the mysteries Lake Valor City has. Also we'd both wear sunglasses all the time, even indoors. That's how I imagine us to be okay, deal with it xD

 

I'd run the local Valor Library, which holds as many books as you can think of! Everything from training your Pokémon, to the history and mythology of every region, to fictional books about fantasy heroes and more. I've worked in a library before, and it's tons of fun, so I can see myself running a library like this, haha.

 

I'd open a restaurant for mozzarella sticks, served by the one and only Danny Devito. Entertainment sources would be (good) anime only.

That was actually something I was considering as well. I liked the idea of running a security force, but decided a museum would be better because those who do not remember the past are doomed to repeat it.
