It ran its finger down its torso, down its waist and reaching the ring. It was as big as the waist of the creature. There it ran its finger around it, not letting it stray in a perfect line which it was following. It looked at the land rolling out in front of it, it cast a bleached grey hand out of it, another coming out behind it the wrist of the extended hand. Sparks fizzled as pink lighting blots strayed out of it. The ring seemed to grow bigger, not big enough, the sparks were absorbed into the ring to make it bigger... bigger but it wasn't enough. It wouldn't grow.

Then.

The hand in front produced a crystal in the shape of a 3D pentagon with inscriptions and runes that no-one could possibly understand. And then the ring started to flip forward revealing the interior of the ring - it was was a bleached, stone-like, lifeless shade of grey. Then the sparks of pink started to go through the the crystal, hitting the interior and making the very interior ripple, it also grew and wouldn't give up this time. But it could hear something, with a flick of its hand, it realized that people were out there, the ring shrunk like being sucked into a vacuum. It gritted its teeth. It hated doing this, but it had to be done, other wise things would get much worse. A bottle was produced from its pocket, this bottle was golden but was also inscribed with too many holes. It couldn't be a bottle, not to our pair of eyes anyway. The bottle was golden and had four sides and a square base although it slid up into a bottleneck with a cork on the top, but this cork had been stained with a blood colour...

This was no ordinary bottle.

Picking off the cork the grey hand tipped one drop of a heavy vapor into the crystal. This vapor was blood-red with lighter, grey streaks mixing in, creating faces which yearned to be let out. It hit the crystal and it immediately began to disperse, the runes glowed a brighter pink, it gasped for air however it didn't reach the lungs, then it felt it, the crystal injecting the vapor into it, its whole body swelled to make the torso, it couldn't fill the space however, leaving one gaping hole in the middle. Next arms spring from no-where, the vapor acting as the raw muscle, there as no way out no-

It's eyes snapped open. It wasn't right and it knew it but it tried. It grinned to itself, it always liked a trier. All six hand were extended, stretching relaxed muscles-

SLAM.

A sphere of glass thudded into the beings chest. It stood there motionless, it knew the hole shouldn't be there unless... the person... he'd seen it before, he knew its size so it just had to get the perfect being to match t to the perfect curse ball. He was stupid, he should've resisted the temptation but he didn't. He was eager. Too eager. now he was stuck looking over the rolling la-

looking over the rolling land. There! At he back, something poking out, a house- no. A Mansion. It had to lift it. No problem.

Bloody hell! This curse was tough. It knew there was no point using all its energy. It gave in and bided its time...

The highly-polished, glass doors slid back with a pneumatic hiss, leading into a brightly lit and peach coloured Pokémon center.
I'm guessing you're wondering what this Pokémon center is, right? Well, until recently, all Pokémon center's had been different but after a worldwide competition, Unova came out on top with its winning design. In fact, the once neglected Unova had become a hive of activity for all sorts. The USA of Pokémon, if you will.
The Pokémon center was a lot like Unova's sorts but it had been stretched out and brightened up, it had multiple floors now and a hangout area. Just show your Pokédex or your trainer card and you were allowed through into a nice hangout area for Pokémon trainers of all sorts. It was laid out in an upside-down 'L' shape which stretched out about 70 meters whilst it was 40 meters in width until it met the end of the 'L' where it spread out into another 70 meter wide space. The place was massive. the main lobby of the Pokémon centre was coloured a peach colour and he Pokemart now had its separate compartment which was another massive 'L' shape which conveniently ment with the hangout room; creating an access to everything, everywhere.
The hangout area was lined with beanies and table football areas along with a garden which had to be put in legally as a fresh air access and also the trainers made sure they could grow berries and come back for them. If they kept an eye on them and grabbed them before anyone else did, that is. It was a general teenage hangout area. It would've been different for older people but recently, the amount of Pokémon in the wild were dwindling so a law was put in that no being over 20 years old may train, catch or compete in any battles or contests with any other species with Pokémon. This made the Pokémon centres much more youth oriented and although it was hard to begin with, the generation who grew up with generally understood and respected the rules so it was all good.
"HENRY!!" a voice screamed in the youth hangout
"JASMINE!!" He screamed back as he skipped over to the table where Jasmine and her friends sat. Jasmine (or Jaz for short) Sat on a padded chair which was in front of a rounded table with three other people. David, Margaux and Nathan. Nathan was already
buried 5 feet under a very boring book and the other three were just chatting as you do.
"Oh, Sup Henry" David said innocently.
"David." Jaz started
"Jaz." David replied
"Do me a favour and GTFO YOU BUTT!!!!!" She said, obviously not impressed with David at this moment in time.
This immediately made Margaux burst into laughter and Henry joined in when he hared Jaz actually use the words 'GTFO' This aroused Nathan from his bookish trance. And Nathan being Nathan, the first thing he said was... and brace yourself for this...
"YOU WHAT MATE?!!? 1V1 ME YOU SKRELP!!!" He roared, unclipping a Pokéball from his belt and making sure it was the right one by checking the back, however Henry's Mawile was already sent out and raring for action. The plastic ball hit the ground with an equally plastic tap as it bounced off, exploding into several beams of light which slammed against the floor before all the atoms rearranged themselves to make a shape before getting covered by a light which then got swept away like an intense wind whipped across. What was left was an Azumarill.
"Azumarill! Start off with a Play Rough!" Nathan bawled and the water rabbit responded with what water rabbits do best. Bouncing.
With its super-powered legs, it made its way across the battlefield in 2 mere seconds. However mawile was ready and after a quick diversion, they were outside in another, proper battling field.
For a tiny thing with a set of teeth that would impress 'Jaws', Mawile moved like an acrobat, flipping and dodging this way and that, however, he was certainly breaking a sweat whilst doing that. It was inevitable that he was going to fall at some hurdle and when he did, it was closer to being chucked over the hurdle. As the tiny body crashed into the earth, it managed to spring back up using its well-toned mouth. He flipped backwards to ward off another attack with his body-sized jaws as a club. However this backfired as Azumarill grabbed the jaws and sent him spinning across the battlefield with another Play Rough.
"Aqua Jet Azumarill!!" Nathan cried, keeping up the pressure. Mawile only had time to right itself before being toppled by a mighty water torpedo and sent him sprawling in a ball at Henry's end of the field.
"Right yourself Mawile and go for an iron head to counter!" Henry shouted, willing Mawile up. At the very last moment he sprung out of the ball with a dull thwacking sound as the iron jaws made contact with Azumarill's head. The Pokémon reeled back stunned when-
"NATHAN! HENRY! GET IN HERE NOW IT'S IMPORTANT!!!" David yelled.
The battle stopped and the two trainers sprinted back into the hangout room, Pokémon poised for emergency. The TV's volume was cranked up extremely high whilst everyone gawked at the high-set device. Both David and Henry knew where this disaster was located, David was due there in a week and Henry was due there in 3 days.
...Escalating even further, two people who were challenging the league tomorrow have been attacked and defeated and more are said to come. If you are to challenge the league soon. Be careful. This is Amanda Fistly, bringing you the report on the mysterious disappearance of the Pokémon League. Back to you Mike.
All eyes homed on Henry and he instinctively returned Mawile to protect him from harm. He then proceeded to sprint out, sending out Hylia his Latias whilst doing so-
"Iron head!" The command caught them both off guard and a Pokémon came out of no-where, stunning Hylia easily. A blur of brown and silver was upon Hylia easily but Henry recovered quickly with a sharp command-
"Ice Beam!" There was no time for names, the floored Latias managed to spew a frigid beam upwards, hitting the Pokémon on the head. It spiraled upwards and cried out in surprise at the fast velocity of the attack.
The Excadrill landed close to its trainer who looked like... The shadow triad? My goodness, these Unovianisms...
"Iron Head again Excadrill! They're weak! Finish them!" The dark-cloaked man hissed. However Henry was a clever kid and Hylia was certainly lucky to have a trainer like him;
"Psychic on the ice! Expand it!" Hylia smiled, clever. Sparks flew around Hylia as a psychic was unleashed, unseeable to the naked eye however when it hit the very air rippled like an ethereal crater.
The horn on Excadrill shattered.
However this did backfire by enraging the poor thing to incredible levels, its speed and strength doubled and as such, both Hylia and Henry's thoughts immediately diverted to their Mummies.
"Gardevoir! Focus Blast!" An orb of blue stuff zipped from behind Henry and slammed into Excadrill, sending him reeling into the tree. Nathan stood behind them accompanied by a Gardevoir.

"Get a move on! I can take these!" He said, his eyes twinkling. Henry didn't need to be told twice. Hopping on Hylia, Henry spiraled up and saw Margaux and Nathan double battling some more of the shadow triad. They had it wrapped up here. Hylia used her psychic powers to protect to make sure Henry didn't red out, then decided to go at a leisurely Mach 4 to save energy for any repeats of what just happened.

Listen to this song while reading the description, I went all out with this XD

The league was a nice place. No, 'nice' doesn't do it justice. It resides in a valley, giving it a natural defense against any attacks. The exterior of the Valley is encased in a layer of moss which was a brilliant hue of green about two thirds of the way up. Because of this moss, there is no way in from the outside apart from through victory road which is through the front. On the inside of it you are greeted with an amazing view by day and a stunning view by night. When you come out of victory road, little streams snake around you with mini waterfalls giving off a low tinkling sound as you walk past. The pathway is made out of rustic, untainted, basic wood which made arching bridges and basic walking paths that fitted beautifully in with the untamed, rough grass.
If you would walk amongst and over these streams by night, little lights danced around you, moving and swaying, adding to the magical feel. These lights were reflected from the droplets of water. these droplets were attached to little seeds that hovered around the same place, illuminating around until one day it will just drop and grow. The flowers that bore these seeds were all around the pathway to the league and gave it this more down to earth feel. As you approached the field things opened up and the low tinkle faded into the distance and suddenly, with no introduction, it was there.
The league was made in a japanese-esque style which bore upwards for at least seven stories and illuminated the whole place with a soft yellow glow and the field suddenly seemed so empty and uniform. It reflected people over time, starting off with the mess of the river, the doubt of it all falling away, the patience of the seeds and finally, the uniformity of the grass and path with a golden light at the end.
However. The league was no longer there. There was no rubble or smoke or traces or crater. It was just... gone. All Henry could feel or sense was the loneliness of the waterfalls in the distance. He knew people in here today. The winstrate boy, Sydney. They were... gone. Where? How? He scrabbled to his knees, shoving the earth away, carelessly knocking his pokeballs aside looking for any trace.
He stopped.
Lifting up his body and sitting on his heels he couldn't get his head round this. He took a sigh and thought. He wasn't this emotional boy who cried the first time he got. He was a calculating person. A person who no-one knew. Not any more. His head dropped and his body began to shake. The low chiming of the waterfall got louder and louder. No-one knew him. He couldn't tell his friends back there. Not who he is. The others may know him but they don't. They know his facade. He couldn't bear it. This would have to stay with him for ever. The world on his shoulders. They will know him as friends for the rest of their life.
Not who he was.
He tried to get up but failed. Everything abandoned him. He couldn't say goodbye. He never had to experience things like this before. Couldn't he just say goodbye? He so wanted to say goodbye. Even if he couldn't do anything else. No. He didn't want to say goodbye. He wanted them to be OK. He wished them to be OK but they wouldn't. Couldn't he just say goodbye? Apparently not.
Apparently not...
He was perfect. Caught in his first sight of death by so many people. He'd just give up, surely. They'd sent the Xarnies after them but they wouldn't even need them. Later on he'd look on the thing that happened next and kick himself. It must've been that he was so cocky that he thought he had already gone. It appeared behind him and creeped up on him and you know the worse part? This Pokémon had glasses too but he still missed the oldest trick in the book.
Look in the reflection of your glasses.
Henry whipped around so quick the person sneaking up on him didn't even see him fly round he was too busy cartwheeling through the air, wondering what just smacked him between his eyes.
"NOW! THUNDERBOLT!!" he screamed and a bolt of lightning slammed into the thing that was creeping up on them. It slammed into the floor a couple of yards to the right of Henry. He got his first look at the thing. It was grey skinned and tiny, about double the size of a football. It had a red jacket-like thing which looked like it had been stolen off of shulk and two golden horns with hoops hanging off each. It's eyes were a mischievous emerald.
"Ah, I see, you predicted a psychic was getting rid of the league so you pretended to be horrified to lure me here. Well done." It said, its voice an unbroken, innocent voice of a child which was at odds with its face. Henry smiled, there's nothing like the unraveling of a plan. The little thing and Henry faced each other. "But you should know," it started "It's useless." Its eyes flashed to a brilliant blue and Henry's mind was swamped by a psychic attack. Henry staggered as a blue mist wreathed him. His own conscious got squashed into a painful corner, he fought back and felt his own mind taking control, sweat broke out around his body as the thing pushed back, its grin still on its face like it was nothing. His hand outstretched and in the middle of it was a small, dark purple dot about the size of a pea. Suddenly it sucked in air at an alarming rate and the thing popped outwards with a horrible grating noise and swelled in size to the size of a football. Henry could do nothing as he aimed...
Aimed...
The blue mist suddenly got ripped out of Henry's body as he collapsed onto the floor in a spasm as his conscious took control. The blue mist gathered in a ball to intercept the shadow ball that was coming his way. The shots equaled out and there was a deafening silence between them.
"Who's that" the thing said, it's high voice scarily threatening. Henry smiled, daring him to attack again. The thing then started to rise higher, more and more Shadow Balls orbiting around like a swarm of bees. It's arms began to rise and the Shadow Balls spun faster. engulfing it in a purple, buzzing cloud. Then it stopped.
The shadow balls fanned out around him. The air crackled...
Then with a flash, something appeared above it. Its skin was still coming together. It was Hylia, the latias. And it said 2 words...
"Reflect-type, Motherfucker"
