About when will I find the rocks around which I can level up an Eevee to evolve them into the aforementioned Pokémon?
Mt. Lanakila for Glaceon and Lush Jungle for Leafeon. Lush Jungle is part of the grass trial on the second island whole at Mt. Lanakila is pretty much right before the league.

@ShinigamiMiroku yup. I used Crabrawler so I had to wait till 'just minutes before League' to get Crabombinle :'o
I'm using Crabrawler too... he evolves THAT LATE!? I mean, I saw that happen to JWittz in his playthrough of Sun, but I though that was just a fluke...
It was a pretty bad decision of GF to put the Ice Rock behind the League lock, so to speak, but then again they also put the place to evolve Magneton and Charjabug on the fourth island. Nope, not a fluke. He evolves with the Ice Rock too.
Unfortunately, you do; however, someone here may be able to evolve it for you if you trade them an Eevee (maybe holding a Rare Candy). I don't have access to wi-fi on my 3DS right now or I'd love to help you out.
Well, no game is perfect... at least my Magnemite has HP-Ice, so it's not terribly difficult to take him just about anywhere. That would be great! I've been saving up my Rare Candies as it is, so that's not a big deal. Should I post in the Festival Plaza?
