My least favourite champion would have to be Cynthia.
    1.)Overrated.
    2.)Easy to beat.
I have more reasons, to lazy to list though..

Really? That's rare, Cynthia's team is pretty balanced, so it's actually a little harder for most people. Hmm. Interesting.
My least favorite Champ has to be Iris. She didn't really seem to fit the champion image for me. She wasn't as memorable imo.

Yeah, going to have to go with Iris as well. Her team was nice, props for including Aggron, but that's all that really stuck.

I'll probably get lots of hate for this but...
    Lance.
It always irked me how Red sort of left Lance in charge... meaning Lance is only champion until Red gets back. So even if you beat Lance, you still really need to beat Red. Fortunately, you do end up fighting him though. I preferred Lance as an Elite 4 member, rather than a champion. Also, Clair, a gym leader, specializes in the specializes in the same type, dragon. This is the only generation where an elite four member and a gym leader share a type specialty. Speaking of which, Lance shouldn't even specialize in a type! I know he's already made his debut as "dragon master" and everything, but couldn't he have done something different as champion? The only plus is that he uses Aerodactyl, which isn't a dragon type. Oh wait, he uses that as an elite four member as well, so I take that back.
I personally don't like Lance much. Go ahead, hate on me.

Alder. He's boring, plain and very easily forgettable. His skill as a trainer must suck to be replaced by what seems like a 12 year old girl, unless he quit! I also find him very annoying during the start of B/W2 when I want to progress but he just won't let me. So yeah, no thanks Alder. You also don't even fight him until postgame in B/W.

Gotta agree with Ben, Alder didn't really have a sticking image with me, he just seemed so? Out of place and boring. He didn't play a very big role in the BW plot

Diantha, because she is really easy to beat and she is barely involved in the storyline. I mean, you meet her like two or three times and when you do, she doesn't really do anything important.

I'll have to say Iris, the only thing I liked about Champion Iris was her battle theme, the rest was just meh.

Although I'm kinda on the Diantha wagon too, like KK said she's barely even there.

My least favorite champion would probably have to be Gary(aka your rival) in Fire Red and Leaf Green. He was already a complete jerk to you along your journey, making sure that at every single opportune moment he challenges you off guard. The next thing you know, you work your butt off to beat the elite four, and guess which troll face excuse of a champion is waiting for you. Gary [insert vulgar phrase here] Oak. Otherwise known as, whatever you put for his name, Rival. The jerk, who trolled you along your journey would end up being the sole person keeping you away from being a Pokémon league champion. I have to admit, his team was pretty balanced, but I generally disliked him as a champion because I didn't see him as a champion. I only saw him as an annoying rival standing in the way between me and the national dex. :/

Dunno if this counts XY given the section it's in but if it does then I'll have to go with Diantha. The only thing I liked about her was her theme (which is one of my fave VS Champion themes); everything else about her sucked. She barely does anything and is easy as hell to defeat x_x

If not counting XY, then I'd have to go with Wallace. I'm not a big fan of him in the first place and preferred Steven as Champion. Also felt his becoming Champion was more random than Iris's, since there was at least some backstory provided as to how she got the position thanks to Memory Link. Also found Wallace to be least challenging (barring Diantha), sooo.

Am I still in time to rant about how much Diantha sucks? Because she does. There is nothing that makes her more of a Champion as Nurse Joy. In fact, you meet Nurse Joy a lot more throughout the game as you meet Diantha, so she would actually be a more fitting Champion!

Iris and Diantha were pretty boring as champions. Alder, while having a pretty lackluster design imo, fit the champion role a lot better so I was disappointed when Iris took over, especially since I never liked her much as a character. I'd have much rather Alder got a cool redesign and brand new team.

Diantha wasn't very memorable either.. mostly because of her hair. The rest of her design looked but? The hair was just awkward and out-of-place. That and she was really easy to defeat.

I'm not fond of either Diantha or Wallace, but I dislike Diantha a bit more because at least Wallace had some inclusion in the story. Diantha's design is alright, albeit a bit bland, and while her team is really good and very high leveled (which is always a good thing), she has so little to do with the story it's almost embarrassing. I really wish they included her somewhere in the story, maybe have her being childhood friends with Sycamore and Lysandre and work on something from there, maybe even teaming up with her at one point like you did with Steven in Emerald.

For me, I don't like Alder because he is too easy and he got defeated by N during the storyline.

I have to say Alder because his team was incredibly forgettable to me.

I also didn't like Diantha for some reason. Her personality just seemed so flat... :c

Having battled Wallace so far among the champions, I haven't much to say. But from playthroughs, I can assess a Champion from his or her team choice. Monotypes are somewhat easily taken advantage of (Although Wallace's Milotic was a major pain in the bum).

I had to somewhat give it to Wallace. He chickens out when you go to the sky pillar in Emerald, unlike Steven who stays by you against Maxie and Tabitha in Mossdeep City. Steven would be a better champion, but the idea of fighting him outside the league is cool as well.

Lance isn't one of my favourites either. Seriously, who owns three Dragonites on one team?! I respect him being helpful and all, but I just dislike his team.

Alder was my big answer to this, he was too much of a pushover, and to get replaced by a little girl later on, like what the heck

Juan because Steven was way cooler in my opinion and I just felt that having a water gym and a water champion was kind of dull and boring.

I'm going to second this since I forgot about his existence. It's sort of sad because I liked him as a character but they did so little with him that I forgot he was even a part of the games. :(

Super generic compared to the others.

    Also yes Cynthia is overrated.
