Now that everyone is mentioned, I need you all to read this. We had an amazing first day. Everyone seemed to be doing a lot, and we made a TON of progress. I said then that if we kept up at that pace, we had a great shot of winning this thing. We have not kept that pace. It was greatly reduced on day two, and by day three, the same four or five people were doing regular activity, with another five or so checking in one time a day. The rest, not so much. The active ones know who you are. I don't have access to the Discord, so I hope it is better there. I know you all have lives outside of LV, but if you can't check in at least for twenty to thirty minutes a day and help in as many of these events as possible, you should not have signed up in the first place. Every poll currently set up by our captain has below half participation. It takes what, two minutes to read the question and answer? Please, to the slackers among you, get down to business and help. We are only in the lead by a VERY slim margin, and we only won the battle this week because of a mistake the other team made in Team building that disqualified them. We need all hands on deck if we are going to keep this lead. Don't wave this warning off. Please attempt to renew your enthusiasm for these events and contribute in any way you can. I know that at least half of you can do a little better. @Sugar @Greenly this is not really aimed at you. Since you are new, I am just going to say please, put your all into these events. P.S. - I did warn you that I would be the serious one who critiques everything.
I'd definitely like to see a whole lot more activity, especially on the voting. We're a team, and I'd love to hear input from everyone instead of having just a few people speak for the team as a whole... The Discord can be a bit tricky due to us being all over the globe, but we've cracked out the challenges so far pretty solidly (Though at any given time, Crimson usually has around twice as many members online...) But yeah, I hope everyone can go full throttle next week! We can consider this the time where we're warming up to everything, but next I'd love to see this crew set sail with all hands on deck! As I am in the EST timezone, and can't really get online during the week until after 7-8pm or I get on in the morning, we do need members to step up. It doesn't help that my wifi on most of my devices is limited to between 3pm-9pm at all. My ADHD doesn't help me too. So please, Team Azure, for the sake of your captains, please step up and participate in Summer Scramble. Last year, I was on Team Verity, and we had a rash amount of members not responding for weeks at a time, some not even appearing at all. I do NOT want a repeat of that.
I am also currently having some difficulty due to a test coming up for one of my summer classes. It’s also been a bit harder for me to catch some shiny Pokémon due to loss on concentration and school... I apologize for not being able to be as active. I will try to do a better job.

Dang, I'm slacking on here, imo. I've only really have been a part of the arcade thing and that is about it, I guess I'll try to shiny hunt something in my downtime, even though I don't have the shiny charm yet

I'm going to admit that I havent been the most active team member out there. There's no real excuse that prevents me from getting online (exept my ADHD, but it still isn't that big of an excuse.), and I'm sorry for it. While i'm extremely limited to the events that I can participate on, I can still try very hard on the ones that I Can do. I know that my words arent much, but I'll continue to try and contribute to this team.
You've given a LOT of helpful insight on the Design-a-type Challenge so far, don't worry! ^^ Like FireSpartan said, we're mostly just trying to rally the people who have been radio silent this whole week (Which there are admittedly a lot of... >_>)
I understand! Even though Pokémon isn't your area of expertise, you're doing whatever you can, which I really appreciate. Like I said to RWBY above, this is mostly for the people who we haven't heard back from yet.
I know some people is not being active. But, I think I also need to be blamed. Yes I am more active than other member. But I am very limited. For starter,I don’t have a way for me to shiny hunt. I am not using a 3DS/NDS to play Pokémon and most of Pokémon games I played is either on computer or is a fan game. Second, I am more of a team player. I just don’t have the skills to do some thing.Eg drawing. I can come up with ideas and that’s about it. Finally, I am sorry. I know I can do better but I have no real way to attend some of the event I hope you can understand and I really hope everyone can enjoy the event. I know some people takes thing seriously and I just hope they can understand we have difficulties and may not be to active so I need to say for every member that is neither active nor have ability to help. Sorry Also, what OzoneFruit said just made this post very redundant
I am not able to draw either. I may have the access to shiny hunt, but I don't have the patience. If I were to say YOU were anywhere NEAR a problem, I would be a huge hypocrite. You are doing great. In fact, most of the people who replied here so far are, or have a valid excuse not to be, such as school or traveling or major family activities. You are fine.
I need to step up my game as well. The most I've done so far is help out a little bit with Asteroids and the shiny hunting, and honestly, I'm fairly ashamed of how little I've done. I'm finally getting back home from my three week vacation tomorrow night, however, so hopefully that frees up a bit more of my time. Y'know what? As soon as I get home tomorrow, I'll try to go through all the threads on our team's forum page thing (idk what it's actually called) and see if I can participate more.
