I would love to have children of my own, but I'm terrified of the idea of childbirth. I mean all the pain that a mother has to go through while caring for a baby inside and out is crazy. However, I do love children, so I'm more than willing to adopt a child. If I did have my own, it would be difficult to name them. I mean I already have a list. Which I'm going to share for some reason:

    Girl:
    Scarlett (Scar)
    Ericka
    Amber
    Elizabeth (Liza, Beth, Lizzy)
    Aria
    Willow
    Azalea
    Charlotte (Char)
    Aqua
    Ashley (Ash)
    Bloom
    Grace
    Celeste
    Elena
    Trixie
    Avalon
    Silver
    River
    Cherami
    Heather
    Tempest
    Levy
    Skyla
    Skyler
    Faye
    Faith
    Ava
    Harper
    Lisanna
    Alice
    Eliza
    Anneliese
    Candace

    Boy:
    Finn
    Daniel
    Callum
    Calem
    Will
    Lance
    Ryland
    Pierce
    Ty
    Matt
    Blake
    Lawrence
    Dalton
    Blaise
    Steven
    Grant
    Wesley (Wes)
    Blaze
    Mason
    Asher
    Grayson
    Avery
    Kai
    Ben
    Rogue
    Shawn
    Michael
    Dylan
    Marcus
    Nate
    Ryan
    Riley
    Mason
    Greg
Yes, it's a very long list.

Do you want to recreate Lake Valor with children? XD

That's a lot of names though, and there are definitely some really cool ones in there ^^

Oh I really didn't notice that tbh! I came up with this list about a year ago. I really love those names... huh. Funny how that worked out!

    Let's baby! (Oh Japan...)

Anyways, nope, I don't have plans to have a family anytime soon. I absolutely love my independence and don't want to be tied down to children right as I'm out of college and getting started with my career. Maybe the desire will hit me in five years but it definitely isn't there right now. My nine year-old brother is enough to handle, weh.

As I currently am, I very much want children, but I worry of how good a father I would be, as I see some possibly critical flaws about myself that could impact my skills as a dad

One: I dont see myself working up to courage to ask out a girl for a loooong time, let alone get married to one, and if I have kids, I'd want them to be biologically related to me, and have parents that love each other
Two: As I see myself, I'm lazy, I try to get out of doing things I dont want to do, I can't cook, cant clean, and generally dont see myself as an active person
Three: While I'd like to think that I would care for my kids a lot, I doubt that I actually would, and that makes me kinda sad

As for would I have a Boy or A Girl, I'd want a Girl first, and then I wouldn't really mind what the second kid was.

And as for names. Riley, Ryan or Eleanor for a Girl, and Elijah or Ryan for a boy

but hey, I'm 16, I might get better at the things that I find wrong about myself and actually end up being a great dad. It's probably best not to worry about it too much at the moment

Ehh, I'm sort of in the same situation as [member="SkyCity"]. I want to have children, but I also don't want to be paranoid about my children trying to kill me (it's happened to so many others!), having enough money, or whether I'll be a good mother or not.

I mean, I also want to be single as well. But a single working mother leads to spending extra money on babysitters and my attention will be divided between my clan and my kits important things like Lake Valor and my children.

Buuuuuuuuuut, if I WERE to have children, I'd name them after video game characters minerals/gemstones, because MINERALS! I think names like Peridot and Zircon Jasper Diamond Pearl Serpentinite Jade are cute. >w<
Oh, and I'd prefer an all-girl family, but if I had a boy, I wouldn't mind either. :)

I always wanted kids but I found out its not really an option for me when I was still in grade school. I've kinda made my self numb to the idea. I could always adopt but I decided that this would be a future problem for the future me who is in a stable relationship with someone who really wants children. Like wants children enough to go through all the garbage red tape you have to put up with to adopt.

For a long time, I was quite against having children. I didn't want to grow up with a bunch of smelly kids stealing all my money, because then I couldn't buy a house MORE Pokémon CARDS. But since then, two things have happened to me, which makes me kind of want to have a child.

First of all, I have a sister. Now, you are probably reading this and gong "huh?", but hear me out. See, my sister is 5, which is 10 years younger than me. So I've only recently experienced what it's like to have a small child around, and I dealt with it quite well. I was also able to convince her that Pokémon are better than Princesses, but that's besides the point.

My second reason for having a child is because I am, in fact, in a relationship. (Yes, I'm only 15, but I'm charming and obeying the law, deal with it.) The idea of spending my life with this girl s what wakes me up every morning, and adding a child to that would just seal the deal for me. Although it would probably be neglected because Japan pop-culture exists.

As for gender preferences, definitely female. I've grown up in a family of 8 cousins, including myself, and 9 after my sister came along. Out of these cousins, only one was a girl, and since we were closest related by age, I usually played with her and... found myself enjoying the company of females over males. On a side note, I've just figured out why I have no guy friends. But if my child was a boy, I would love it all the same.

    And now, the names!
If my child was male, I would name it Wallace (Wally)
If my child was female, I would name it Hikari
Also, is it acceptable to die my children's hair anime-style since birth so they think it's normal?

Hmmmm, I feel like I'd like to have a kid but at the same time, perhaps not. I'm not very interested in getting involved with people in person and obviously that's a big part of bringing up a child haha;; Actually giving birth freaks me out, I don't think I'd be able to do it, so I'd probably go with adoption.
I'd like to experience the pride and maternal feelings that come with having a child but I worry that I wouldn't be good enough. I'd much rather not have a child than risk bringing a child up poorly :s
