I liked the video, Achromatic! I most certainly enjoyed it. It makes me feel nostalgic and reminds me of the old times when used to play Fire-Red and Leaf-Green And here's a nickname for your pidgey that I named mine as well: Pedra. I wish you good luck on your nuzlocke, Achromatic.

Just one thing, it's not really required, but it might be useful to make a layout, showing your current party. That way it's easier to keep track of what Pokémon died, evolved, or you obtained.

The closeup on the little kid with the dead eyes while you describe calmly how he has dead eyes is my favorite part.

 

Haha, that was a great video! I'm looking forward to this series of yours, it should be fun. Just make sure to grind enough so you don't lose your favorites early on, but that's the same with any Nuzlocke, really.

Okay, first of all, since you're doing a FireRed Nuzlocke, watch out for these:
- Rattata / Raticate: These little rodents will murder your team. It starts with the not too dangerous Quick Attack, but once they learn Hyper Fang, you must watch out. Also, beware when you switch-grind some weak Pokémon, because these guys will learn, and use, Pursuit.
- Diglett Cave: This is the hell of Kanto. They'll trap you with their Arena Trap, so you can't get away, or switch. Then, they'll start using Magnetude. Or, even worse, they use Dig, so you can wait another turn before you fail...

Anyway, nice video! I love the endings with nickname suggestions, I've been thinking about that too Try to avoid things like having your cursor on-screen, but other that that, cool!

 

So lets see. you have a Fire type, Normal type, 2 bug type.
I suggest that you should evolve Caterpie since in its final form, will learn Confusion(if you dont want to capture any psychic types).
Now youre going into Viridian Forest, so maybe you should capture a Pikachu there or Oddish in Route 24 for 2nd gym (its only a suggestion for future parts in game).

By the way nice nicknames . and walkthrough too (sorry for Birdmon).

 

These are really well done especially if it's your first LP? I don't really have anything to say about it other than if you have moments where you think you aren't going to speak for an extended amount of time I would turn the game volume up which is something I don't think you will have to worry about in this LP but just for future reference. These are wonderful and I look forward to seeing more videos from you in the future.

A nickname for Caterpie? Um wormy? I don't know I couldn't think of anything.
