Literature Library Rules [Read Before Posting]

It goes without saying that all the normal site rules apply. Here, a few important rules will be highlighted.

No Spam
Keep posts relevant to the thread they are in. Unless you are adding a new section to your story in the Literature Library, don't post multiple times in the same thread. You can edit your previous post and add in new content instead of making another post.

When updating a story, do not create a new thread for the new chapters. You can either post each chapter in the original post and edit it as you make new ones, OR reply to the topic after a 12 hour period to update it with new chapters


Respect Others
Do not bash or insult other users. Period. If somebody else is not following this rule, then report them. Don't respond to an insult with another insult; just let the moderators handle it.

If you want to show your respect for one of the authors, then please tell them how much you like their story by replying to the thread! This keeps the story up on the front of the Fanfiction Library section and also prevents it from falling into the Archives due to inactivity.


No NSFW Content
Under no circumstances is any member to post material that is "Not Safe For Work" (NSFW). This includes, but is not limited to, links to or images of pornographic material as well as suggestive language. A "Mature" rating is synonymous with NSFW.


No Plagiarism
Under no circumstances are you to post the work of someone else and claim it as your own. Plagiarism is blatant theft and will not be tolerated.


Where Do I Post Stuff?
The main Literature Library takes all stories, fanfiction or original. Please use the appropriate prefix when creating threads depending on if your story is an original work or fanfiction. Additionally, fanfiction is not required to be directly related to Pokémon; you can post stories from any fandom here.

Please note that the Literature Library is for stories and is not a place to post links to your story on another site. You may provide a link to the story on another site along with the story itself, but you may not post the link alone.
