    Sorry to disappoint, but Dragon Pulse is not a move that Treecko can learn. Sceptile can learn it via tutor in BW2, but it can't pass down the move to Treecko. The only special Dragon-type move it can get by breeding is Dragon Breath. If you are looking for a Dragon Breath Treecko, though, I have several leftover from breeding that I could trade.

    That's.... Really disappointing. x( But Dragon Breath isn't a bad alternative. That would be wonderful, thank you!
