February is coming up, which means we focus on the holiday designed to shame single people I mean Valentine’s Day. Do any of you have special plans for Valentine’s Day?
You vastly underestimate my ability to properly interact with the opposite sex. It's just another holiday. Oddly enough it's one where I get time and a half. Happens to be on a Friday...so I'll pick up extra shifts, work my ass off before going out on my lonesome for some sushi (that's one love that won't ever die on me) beer and then take on the weekend. Maybe I'll fly somewhere like Madrid for the weekend if it isn't a busy time.
No because is just another normal day to me, Valentine's Day is something I've never been big on one being that I'm single lol, and intend to stay that way. Since is on a Friday I'll just do what I normally do on Fridays, play video games till Saturday morning, because what is sleep. Half off chocolate day is better anyway.
Love is in the air... and I'm allergic As an aroace, I definitely won't be looking for potential partners or anything like that. I would've had school, but everything was cancelled due to the Corona virus, so I might just be going on online school and doing whatever's assigned that day. The Sonic movie is coming out on that day, though, so there's one thing to be excited about. EDIT: Also, if Lovebird's gonna be around, I'll definitely be around LV helping her out again! She's a nice mom birb.
I just stay at home do jack all and wait for my birthday ten days after. It's a nice life not gonna lie . Crazy peeps all around. Trust me i'm friends with one and she drives me insane here and there and I want to Yeet her into a fucking box and ship her to the Malaysia airlines flight 370 plane.
I hope to help run some events for Valentine's this year, but that's about it for me. I'm not the romantic type.
I have a quantum exam on Valentine's day, and that's when I realized, quantum mechanics and dating have a lot in common. Its weird, messy, nothing ever goes the way its supposed to and everything defies common logic.
Since Valentines Day is also my birthday, I can usually keep my mind off being single during the holiday. More likely than not, I will just unwrap my gifts and eat at a restaurant with my parents.
*Sigh*... Looks like I just have to be blinded by the affection given off by the couples in school especially from my friends.
Valentine's means pretty much nothing to me as I am currently and have always been single. I wouldn't be comfortable trying to ask anyone out. Plus there aren't any women in my life that I'm interested in right now, anyway.
Since I am alone, always have been and probably always will be, I don't have anything special planned. Didn't even knew that it was coming up until I saw this thread to be honest. Maybe I'll spend some time with friends though. I'll have to see if that will work out.
Valentines Day is about more than romantic love, it is love between family, friends, and pets too. I'm pretty sure I'll get a chocolate box from the family (and immediately horde all the dark chocolates)
I guess I was excited last year about Valentine's day. But that's no case this year. I'm single. Well, even if I was committed, I wouldn't do anything special rather than just wish them love. I ain't giving much importance to Valentine's day this year (maybe never soon too) cuz I have my finals coming up on two weeks. Gyah~imma go to college now!
ok, the first thing I want to say is, it's kinda funny to see how a LOT of people on LV feel the same about this holiday cause most of us are single, the next thing is that, no, the only thing I'll be doing is waking up, getting some breakfast, my parents might get me some chocolates since I'm still under their roof, and then go to and friends house, and probably go outside or play video games the rest of the day while my parents celebrate at my house.
I'm flying to Sweden to hang out with my friend and her fiance for the weekend. My girlfriend doesn't mind too much, since I bought the plane tickets before we were a couple. Plus I gave her chocolate today
