    Today I decided to test out the pen tool in photoshop, It was frustrating at first but then it started to get really fun! :D I also love Wartortle and I wanted to draw him for a very long time so it wasn't hard choosing what to draw :3

    The pen tool can be a pain but it's smooth lines are very nice. For some reason yours looks a little blurred here o.O Did you blur it out after?

    I think it depends on which kind of brush you use to trace the path. You can get very sharp lines if you use a very hard brush, or you can get more blurred lines if you use a smoother brush. Try to experiment with different kinds of brushes and see which one looks best for the effect you want to achieve! :D
