    Ohhh my god I COMPLETELY forgot about that thing. Thank you for bringing that up, because I've been wondering why there was the 2-0 catch rate for the thing anyways. That really helped, thanks :)
    Now I want to hack in an encounter to see what would happen. Off a guess, I'd think that if you hacked an encounter, you'd be able to catch it, although the 'Encountered At' flag would be set to either 'unknown' or 'a lovely place', probably the former. But I don't know.
