Mauville City!

I was actually hoping for the return of the Game Corner Its been so long since we've had one...
I really like the new design for Mauville! It's really detailed, but I always get lost in this city. I'm hoping I can find my way and start getting used to it soon. Those starters dolls made me sad~

 

I love it so much. It looks really great with so much to do. Not a huge fan of it being all indoors and I do miss the Game Corner but it's improved more than it has lost. Seems like good old Watson finally realized his dream!

But what about new Mauville...

 

I really enjoy the new Mauville city. It looks just like a shopping mall and it kinda resembles Lumiose City. (If get to the square (where the Pokémon Center and market are at) you'll see a tower and if you touch it, it tells you about Lumiose City in the Kalos region)

 

I love the new (haha) Mauville a lot! I like how it's just one shopping mall-ish thing, though I ran around it for about 5 minutes trying to figure out where Rydel was, haha. But I like its redesign!!

 

I really liked the new version of Mauville, although it was a little confusing at first. I really wish they had added the game corner back, but the redesign was a nice change (though baffling) from the simplicity of the old games.

 

Honestly Im a huge fan of the new Mauville layout. Go Wattson! i would kill to live in Mauville heights too lol. They look like such beautifully laid out apartments.

 

Mallville (lool) really confused me at first and I was convinced it was a mini Lumiose but am slowly starting to get adjusted. Finding my way out isn't nearly as tedious anymore and the Pokémon Center/PokeMart are no longer a chore to find! Guess I was just too unwilling to accept it at first which made things more difficult, baha. n_n;

 

Mauville City has been the highlight or ORAS for me. I wandered around for about an hour gazing at its newfounded splendor. I absolutely and totally loved it.

 

I'm not big on the whole giant cities thing, but I actually like the new Mauville. Though I get lost in it a lot, it's a nice design and cool to think of a town that inhabits a mall! I just wish they had a better map system for when you get in there : P

 

Never seen old Mauville, but I sure know that New Mauville (You know what I mean) is really cool. Although I don't know what you people are on about; I've never gotten lost once!

 

I was baffled at first, but I really grew to like the new Mauville! It's very nicely laid out, and it's easy to find what you're looking for. It's not as huge and confusing as Lumiose (which I do love regardless, I can navigate that city like the back of my hand after playing XY so much), which is good for players who really disliked the camera angles and sheer size of that city. I often go back to Mauville to stock up on items and just wander around, it's a really neat place! A definite improvement from the RSE version, there was almost nothing there.

 

I absolutely love the new Mauville City! It's so huge and modern, with many buildings and NPC's to talk with. You can easily spend 15 minutes in there without visiting the same spot twice. I really like the bigger cities, just like Lumiose City in Kalos. It proves to me that not all locations in the Pokémon World have to be incredibly small. The "towns" that had only four or five buildings in them always annoyed me a bit, you can't call something like that a town. Places like Lumiose and Mauville City on the other hand are definitely big places, or at least for Pokémon standards. I really hope to see more of these locations, and less incredibly tiny clusters of houses called towns. It's the big places that make a Pokémon region lively, and I really enjoy that!

 

I was pretty impressed the first time I made it to the newly-enclosed Mauville City-my first impression of it was it being like a shopping mall (same thing others are saying). Of course, it took me awhile to navigate and find things, and besides, I'm actually intimidated by real-life shopping malls in general.
