Do you like meeting better artists, or dislike it? Seeing better art can be inspiring but also demotivating, how does it balance out for you? Is it more inspiring or demotivating?
Personally I like seeing better art and talking to more talented artists uvu It's a good chance to learn and get help on things they're more proficient at!
I can find it hard to talk to them or look at their art when I'm feeling down though, since it can make me feel worse about my work :S

I looove meeting artists who are better than me because they can teach you so many new things so you can get better! It always inspires me to draw even more because I think "If I keep drawing, I'll be as good as this person!" when I'm in a low, it does get me discouraged, but that rarely happens nowadays. I love learning from them and asking them how they go about drawing!

Personally, I like it. I have many friends who I think are much better at drawing me, and because of it it's easier to get help and criticisms since we're friends. Plus seeing their art makes me want to keep drawing and improve.

I love actually meeting up with artists much better than myself (which isn't that difficult). I always love the look of their artwork and it sometimes inspires me to get back into drawing more often.

I agree with everything that's been said here. Meeting more experienced artists can really help you.

I like looking at the art of more experienced artists, it's awesome to look at different art and see how they've used certain techniques! There's nothing wrong with admiring someone who's more experienced than you are, it can help you learn and grow (as long as you don't blatantly copy their work, haha).

I like meeting people who are better at art than me because it reminds me that they're normal people like me and if they can do it, I can do it too!

I love meeting better artists. It helps me improve and learn from what they do. I'm always looking to improve and learn different ways to work into my own style. More artists equals more scope to see into what people deem beautiful or not.
