Mega Rayquaza Revealed!

Either way, I realllyyyy hope there's going to be like, figurines or plushies or something released of the weather trio's mega formes. Because I'd snap that gear up in a heartbeat, each Mega forme is so awesome.

 

Looks amazing, though it should be a Primal but whatever xD Either way, Hoenn is amazing, no legendary mega could look as amazing as that!

 

Ohhhhhhmygosh. Mega Rayquaza is SO MAJESTIC. SO BEAUTIFUL. I think it's going to be my all-time favourite Mega evolution to date, even surpassing Mega Diancie, which is my current favourite.

As for it not being Primal, I've found this from the comments section of the video:
"Groudon and Kyogre were in a "Primal" state prior to being awakened. Rayquaza was always awake, just above the cloud layer."
This could be the reason why.

I wonder what its Delta Stream ability actually does. As karatekid previously stated in the shoutbox, it's possible that it neutralises super effective moves against Flying-types, or something along those lines. That might come in very useful! Also, its signature move Dragon Ascent's animation is amazing. Best Flying-type move, they call it. *o*

 

I can't watch the video since I'm on my phone, but holy crap that preview! I love the way the markings fly behind it like streamers. Kinda wish it was primal but Mega is hella sweet too!!

 

God I love lore. Dat lore sounds amazing.

Anyway i'm gonna jump in on this hype, because at this rate the best Pokémon games till date are less than 2 months away, seriously what could beat this.

Back to Mega Rayquaza though, I think that it looks absolutely amazing. I can't wait to see it in the actual game. It's ability is unlike anything we ever saw, so that's gonna be awesome too. And the most powerfull flying type move will at least need 130 base power. So basically Mega Rayquaza is gonna wreck house

 

Er... I don't really like Mega Rayquaza's design too much, to be honest.... :/ I mean, it's pretty cool, but at the same time it just doesn't really suit my tastes

Of course, that could change one the games come out xD

 

I feel bad for it. It won't be able to eat food properly with that mouth

 

I love the new mega form for Rayquaza it looks amazing! It looks huge on the battle field. Also Dragon Ascent seems like a awesome move but I'm surprised it's a flying type instead of a dragon move.

 

Love its design, and its Ability and signature move seem awesome. I'm kinda mad Dragon's Ascent isn't a Dragon-type move, though XD (Gotta love GF.)

 

It looks incredible!!! It looks so cool its new appearance , also the move "Dragon Ascend" is excellent and can damage fairies ^-^!

 

I'll admit, I don't like it's horns a ton, don't hit me Del! But the rest of it, the stuff dangling coming off it is REALLY cool. It's ability has a bit of a weird name but the concept is really cool, like a lot of us predicted. I can't wait to use this even though it will be the ubers of uber! Gonna be a lot of fun.

I think Giratina might have to take a second place on my favorites list. This mega is the most awesome, totally OP looking thing I've seen in Pokémon.

Honestly, the design is beautiful and I'm happy Rayquaza is going to be more OP than ever.

 

Its ability sounds odd. Anyways... the rest looks awesome he deserves a signature move definitely. The ability is just too specific and weird and unique... too much.

 

My first reaction was:
"OMFG MY BABY, RAYQUAZA YOU LOOK SO BEAUTIFUL!"

and had to desperately stop myself from fawning. I'm not the type to fan over things, and when I do its scary.
But Rayquaza looks so awesome! Its new design fits the mystical dragon so well, and although its kind of overpowered I like Rayquaza's new ability because of how unique it is and also because of how well it fits the lore. Gamefreak is really putting the plot and lore of Pokémon forward this time, and its making me super duper hyped.

 

That... that is terrifying. o_ O;

Rayquaza has always been pretty scary but this mega really frightened me at first glance aha. I'm likely never going to use it but it is nice to see clearer images! Dragon Ascent's animation looks amazing, ooo.
