Don't ask me why I chose to Pokémon, it is simply because it is my favorite Pokémon.​

 

Since Mega Rayquaza is already a thing, I would really like to see my other two favorite Pokémon get a Mega- Dunsparce and Volcarona. Dunsparce would need a lot of help from an ability to make it somewhat good, while a Mega Volcarona would just be terrifying(ly awesome). Here's some mock-up stats that I came up with for the two of them-

Hmm, I'd have to go with this. Swalot has recently become one of my favourite Pokémon, and since I couldn't think of anything original for M-Mightyena or Luxray, how about M-Swalot.

He would be a tank that would possibly rely on Giga Drain to regain health, as well as Stockpile/Swallow. It's ability Liquid Ooze is to counter anything that tries to drain it, and if it was to also combine a Big Root-esque ability, it could make use of Giga Drain more efficiently.

Also, for something interesting, another NU Pokémon that I have liked for a a while now.

Crona... Cacturne has equal amounts of Attack and Sp. Atk and a wide variety of draining moves. I run a Big Root Cacturne on one of my OU teams which works very well with Giga Drain, Drain Punch, and Leech Seed. It's main detriment is its speed which doesn't allow for much for Cacturne to do against fast fighting, fire *cough* Infernatsu *cough* and bug types.

Who's outclassed by Feraligatr now? This would make him a terrifying physical sweeper, with improved attack, speed, and STAB on Superpower =]. It can also go mixed to destroy the things that handle a physical set. unfortunately it suffers from a bit of 4MSS =[ seriously, this thing has such a great movepool, but it doesn't have enough room to run all the coverage it wants to.

Nobody really uses barbaracle, which is a shame. It's got some great potential, and this would help to give it the boost it would need. Its already mildly high defensive stats would get a boost, along with its attack stat. Its lacking speed stat gets a much needed boost here too. Sap sipper takes out its only 4x weakness, while also giving it opportunity to get a free boost in the process.

 

I was going to suggest Mega Mamoswine with Refrigerate, but now that we have Mega Glalie with that ability i'm not so certain. How about this?
