Meme the heck outta your fanfics! So something I've recently discovered is incredibly fun to do is to meme yourself (or others!) stories and fanfics. Memes are a surprisingly useful way to connect both with your own story and others. They create a sort of common ground by using some kind of joke or light hearted humor and also give a way to advertise your own fic in a way that feels approachable and can even entice new readers to check out your story. ive been rewriting my first Pokémon fanfic over the past year (wow its actually been a year!!) and although i still havent published it anywhere (out of fear i will abandon yet another journeyfic for all the internet to mourn) but thought it would be fun!! i do draw shitposts of my characters but post above Inspired me to make a meme like that too so. memez this is gonna be so funny bc its so ooc haha Spoiler: MEMEZ i swear i'll post my fic when im like 2/3 done

I've never tried making a meme before, so this was something new for me to try. Unfortunately, I had trouble coming up with any ideas for ones that actually related to the content of my stories, and most of what I made is just me poking fun at my writing habits and lack of consistent updates. because gremlin children are the best protags and writing longfics is self inflicted pain (ive predicted my fic will reach at least 550k words when its all done im talking LONGfic). also because i am the coolest fanfiction writer in the universe (debatable)
