    Does anyone have a really low level Mew for Pokémon X? i really want one but I'm not sure if you can get them in the game or not

    You can't get them in-game. The last event was way back for I think Soul Silver and Heart Gold. You may be able to get one if you're willing to take a clone or hack, but here isn't the place to ask if thats the case. Check the Black Market section.

    nah i wanted to get a legit one and trade for it :( ill just have to stay with Chespin and not get both second and first fav

    You could trade back from an earlier game, provided that you have a Mew.
    Other than that, there were a few events that took place in the U.S. The "Toys R Us" Mew event from 1999 for Gen 1, the Mystery Mew event of 2006 for Gen 3, and most recently, the Fall 2010 Mew event for Heart Gold and Soul Silver.
    You'd probably have more luck with trading internationally: There were much more events that offered Mew in Japan.
