    Hello Lake Valor! This is Otter Mii-kun. I found out about this place through the affiliation with EGC, which I have been a member of since July 2012 (then reregistered after it had to be rebuilt following that crash a few months ago).

    I got into Pokémon so many years ago, back during Generation I (actually, Gen II was already released in Japan at the time, so). I've kind of gotten away from it several years ago, never getting into Generation III or later's games, but I still post on Pokémon forums to share my memories of when I was deep into it, and to some extent these days, check out what the latest developments are.

    For those of you here who don't know, I'm also a big time fan of Molly Hale from the third Pokémon movie-have been since 2006.

    There are also quite a few non-Pokémon subjects that interest me, such as information technology and media. In fact, I'm in 'training' to pursue a career in information systems (by working with the computers at my workplace, and planning and developing their LAN, and all that other good stuff-much of my skills in this field are self-taught!)

    BTW-I can't help but notice your initials are "LV". That's also the initials of the school district I graduated from, LakeVille Community Schools (and I'm not going any further into this.)

    Aw, I wasn't aware you weren't much of a Pokémon fan past the second generation, but either way you're a pretty great person. I'm sure you'll like it here as it's cozy and quite fast-paced so there are many things to do.

    Aaand good luck with your information systems approach! That sounds like a great thing to get into.. I almost wish I went down that route but bah, things aren't too bad at all as they are.

    Awe, Molly Hale is one of my favorite characters in Pokémon. The third movie is one of my favorites! (If not my number 1 favorite.)

    We have plenty of boards here that aren't Pokémon-related, so you don't need to be a die-hard Pokémon fan to fit in here! So no worries on front :D
