    So yeah, I do some spriting, a little artwork in Pokémon Art Academy. It's all Pokémon stuff, I'll say that right now. First, here's the stuff I've done in Pokémon Art Acedemy;

A Koffing using Poison Gas. One of my early works, before I started to get the hang of shading, but I still like how it came out.

A Missingno. flying over the ocean. Yes, that is Cinnabar Island in the background.

A Gastly. Tried to do something without outlines, not sure whether it came out all that great. Another one of my early works.

The glitch Pokémon .4. I think that was the first one I ever did, but I kinda goofed that one up- supposed to have four of those rectangular things on the bottom, not just three. I'll redo it one of these days.

An Amoonguss with Ultra Ball markings. IMO, this should be a thing in the games.

A Weezing. This one I'm exceptionally pleased with how it came out.

A Skrelp swimming near the ocean floor. You can see the silhouettes of Magikarp, Wailmer, Sharpedo, Tentacool, and Qwilfish in the background.

A Cacnea using Sandstorm. You can see the silhouette of a Trapinch in the background.

Ethan's Weezing vs. Red's Pikachu at the peak of Mt. Silver. Intended to look way more epic than it actually came out, but the sad fact is, I cannot draw humans to save my life.

An Oddish emerging from the ground in the evening, encountering a Foongus in the process.

A Vileplume charging up Solar Beam.

    GHOST: Get out... Get out...

Gastly and Haunter. I'm especially pleased with how Haunter's hands came out.

A Weedle. As seen from the point of view of the leaf it's about to eat.

A Delibird either using Present or giving an actual, non-explodey present. I left it up to interpretation.

    A Crobat using Cross Poison.

A Zubat. Not pictured- the other nine trillion Zubat known to inhabit Mt. Moon.

    A Voltorb using Flash.

    A Wobbuffet.

    A Primeape.

Joey's Rattata. He wasn't kidding about that whole "top percentage of Rattata" thing. :)

    A Serperior.

A Qwilfish. In the background, you can make out a Slowbro, a Luvdisc, a Chinchou, and a Mantine and Remoraid.

    A Venomoth using Bug Buzz.

    An Arbok.

A Kangaskhan with an 'M in her pouch- the original baby Kangaskhan!

A Dragalge. In the background, you can make out a Staryu, a Shellder, and a Seadra.

A Trubbish. You can make out a Drifloon in the background. Say it with me; Awwwwwwww~

I have spriting works to post as well, but I'll save those for later- this post has got to be getting a little cluttered by this point.

OMG, these are really good, I love the detail and the style. I like how you made silhouettes of the Pokémon in the background, really nice. Keep it up @[member="Missingno. Master"].

    Thanks! :)

    Alright, now to post what I've done as far as spriting goes;

Recolored Red/Blue sprites, Missingno. through Kingler.

    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]
    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]
The rest of the Pokémon sprites from Red/Blue, plus the unidentifiable ghost, all recolored to more modern standards. The Missingno. sprite is done up with more vibrant shades of purple and orange. I mean, Generation I gets a lot of ridicule for its sprites, but really, all you need to do is touch up the colors, and some of these are actually pretty awesome.

You might recognize this as my avatar- I made a more 3D-ish, animated Missingno. sprite. It's kinda simple, it's just hovering, moving up and down slightly, and blinking, but I'm still pretty pleased with it.

Another animated glitch PokÃÆ'©mon sprite- this time, it's .4, one of my favorite glitch PokÃÆ'©mon (second only to Missingno.). I've always pictured .4 as this cute little speck that flies around at dizzying speeds. Its TM28 move looks like Self-Destruct but doesn't make it faint- I interpret this as it having so much excess energy built up that it can generate the explosion without knocking itself out, which contributed to my headcanon of .4 as this energetic speck. Anyway, yeah, that's what I was going for in this sprite.

A Mega Slowbro sprite, Generation I style. Did this for a spriting contest over at Serebii, and while it didn't win, it came close.

A modified Generation I battle scene depicting an enemy's Slowbro Mega Evolving. Went the extra mile for this one even though I didn't have to- checked to make sure the HP I gave Muk is an amount that a level 41 Muk can legitimately have. I'm weird like that.

    [IMG] [IMG]
The Generation I PokÃÆ'©mon Center, inside and out, plus colors from the FR/LG PokÃÆ'©mon Center. I was bored one day. Which accounts for a lot of this stuff, come to think of it.

A cool little animated gif I did, portraying Ash catching a Missingno. The Ash sprite- also my doing.

A series of edited FR/LG screenshots depicting Red using a Missingno. to battle a wild .4 before catching it. .4's Pokédex entry comes from a fanfic of mine- I haven't posted any of my fanfics here yet, but it's on my to-do list.

I think I did this one around Halloween. Red's all pale, possibly possessed, and it's a safe bet that the ghost right behind him has something to do with it.

    [IMG] [IMG]
Remember Sneasel's G/S sprite, how wildly different the colors were from what Sneasel's got now? Well, this shows you how it'd look if they never changed Sneasel's coloration. Kinda cool, actually- IMO, this would've worked better as Sneasel's Shiny coloration.

And of course, once I did those Sneasel sprites, this was the next logical step. I personally think Weavile looks awesome like that.

My recolored Red/Blue Slowbro sprite, re-recolored to be Shiny.

A Weezing sprite I did myself. Not too bad if I do say so myself. Pieced it together from various other Weezing sprites.

    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]
Sprites of various Generation VI Pokémon. Some of them definitely came out better than others.

A Weezing Substitute doll. Also something I entered in a spriting contest at Serebii, and this time I won. Very, very pleased with how it came out.

Timburr sprite, with a different pose from usual.

    A playful Smeargle puppy.

Kingler recolored to match the color scheme of Serebii.net. Yet another spriting contest entry- had to randomly generate a Pokémon and recolor it with that color scheme. Didn't win, but I found I was quite pleased with how it came out. It's not a bad color scheme for Kingler, if I do say so myself.

    [IMG][IMG]
The Flygon sprite from Emerald's opening, with the colors touched up from that of modern Flygon sprites. Also made a Shiny version.

Fusion of Baltoy and Bibarel. Picked the two Pokémon at complete random, challenged myself to fuse them together. As you can guess, I was bored. Wasn't the only one I did that day, either.

Fusion of Panpour and Lileep. Same story as Balbarel. This one's a little freaky, but I think it came out pretty well.

Fusion of Staryu and Machop. Again, same story as Balbarel.

    [IMG][IMG][IMG]
Another entry I did for a spriting contest- this time, I had to take two different evolution lines and fuse them at each evolutionary stage. Hence Cherumaka and Cherrimanitan (both Standardshine and Zencast Modes). Didn't win me the contest, but I'm pretty pleased with it nonetheless.

This one was for a particularly interesting contest- I had to fuse together three Pokémon of a certain type, and make the outcome look like a completely different type. What you see here is Grumpig, Duosion, and Slowbro fused to make a Poison-type (the body is the Shellder on Slowbro's tail, the sludge is made from the stuff Duosion is covered in, and the eyes and overall color scheme come from Grumpig).

    Fusion of Hitmonlee and Croagunk.

Fusion of Nidorino, Diglett, and Simisage. The challenge was to pick three Pokémon whose types formed a triangle (in this case, Grass beats Ground, Ground beats Poison, Poison beats Grass), and fuse them. This won me the contest.

Fusion of Raichu and Shedinja. I was bored.

    http://i.imgur.com/dkBx1bt.png
Fusion of Stunfisk and Kirlia. The challenge was to fuse two Pokémon that share an Egg group. I didn't win, but I think I turned a few stomachs.

Fusion of Luvdisc and Rayquaza. Wanted a challenge one day, I figured those two were drastically different enough to make it challenging to fuse them, so I went for it. Not too shabby if I do say so myself.

Fusion of Combee and Dugtrio. The challenge was to fuse a Ground-type and a Flying-type. Didn't win me the contest, but I still like it.
