Most annoying NPC

Since I'm playing White 2 atm I'm finding Hugh really annoying. He's overly passionate yet extremely narrow minded and the two aren't working well together for me.

If we are just talking about Pokémon, I'd say youngster Joey. That kid won't stop calling me!

 

for me it will be all those NPC's who wants to show you things you already know. like when Serena/Calem will try show you how to catch a Pokémon. nothing is worse than those.

 

Do you remember my super cool rattata? My rattata is different from regular rattata. It's like my rattata is in the top percentage of rattata. Do you know what I'm saying? <- this guy -_-

 

Youngster Joey. Seriously stop calling me! My raticate is better than yours anyway >w>

 

Personally I utterly despise any NPC that's all "WAIT! I'm looking for something! Wait for me to find it!" when you try and walk passed them..... Especially seeing as how that is the flimsiest excuse to prevent me from going to the next area, as if me walking by would keep the item missing....

Though with Joey aside, I found the Winstrate Family from RSE to be extremely annoying. You walk up to their door and one by one, each family member brags about how strong they are and how strong their relatives are. They even say that they wouldn't be surprised if their eldest son was the Pokémon champion. I doubt Wallace's last name is Winstrate, so I'm glad to know that I never had to battle another one of those annoying braggers.

But yeah, those people who stop you for no reason other then to prevent you from going to another area I dislike Trainers in General, especially when I'm in a hurry

 

I really don't like all the trainers who randomly call you on the Pokégear, just to tell you some random story, that makes you think "Cool story bro..." and that's it. Why???

 

Honestly,
I find Hugh the most annoying,
Mostly cause Joey never called me that much.
But Hugh.
Seriously. Dude. Stop being so narrow minded. Seriously. Holy Arceus you are dense.

Though Gary is also pretty annoying, though I might be getting the in game Gary confused with the Gary in my Nuzlocke.

That stupid kid was glued to his phone and wouldn't say a damn thing except how his Ratatta was in the top percentage of Ratatta.
Once I restarted the game I refused to exchange numbers with him.

There was also some sailer who constantly told me how his Poliwag or sometimes it was his poliwhirl was too energetic and challenged everyone it came in contact with. He kinda started getting on my nerves.
