Most disappointing shiny?

Gengar. It's just... A dark blue not that far off from its original purple. At least Gastly looked cool with its light blue.

 

I can't call it disappointing, but that my first shiny had to be a Foongus... That's not as great as I would've liked.

 

I found the shiny Swablu and Altaria to be really disappointing in the transition to 3D models. They're no longer a beautiful golden color but instead this weird mustard yellow..





I dunno, maybe it's just me, but I really did prefer the old one (still love my shiny Swablu though)! On another note of disappointing, I was hunting for a shiny Trevenant but instead found shiny Foongus so that was upsetting since Foongus is one of the more boring Pokémon. ; 3;

 

A Plusle... I had been breeding Mawile for a really long time, hoping for a shiny, but no luck. Immediately after I take a break, I run into a shiny Plusle -_- And it doesn't even look different either, just a slightly different shade...

 

Garchomp.

It's such an awesome Pokémon, too. It's a slight shade darker x.x

 

I would say both Horsea and Charmeleon since their alternate color palettes aren't the greatest, but shiny Charizard and Kingdra are amazing, so I dunno if I can really count them XD

As for Pokémon I didn't find in the wild, I'm disappointed in how Pyroar's shiny color palette isn't a darker brown, so people could call male ones "Scar" /shot

 

I think it would be a shiny Cascoon that I found in a Friend Safari. It wasn't disappointing but I would've rather had something else.

 

After seeing how awesome a shiny Fennekin is, I was rather disappointed in Delphox's. I like it, but I was hoping for something less... Pale.

 

The shiny Pikachu i found in the forest was very disappointing. if it didn't have the sparkle when it appeared i would have never guessed it was a shiny

 

VOLBEAT. Enough said. Shiny Volbeat has killed any tiny shred of like that I ever had for that Pokémon.

 

Beartic. There's like no color difference besides the paws.

 

Shiny Lunatone....I don't even know what to say. IT'S EYE CHANGES COLOR! THAT"S IT!!!

 

Megamium and all it previous evolution it just looks like it was cook or something e-e ​

Yeah, its shiny color isn't pretty, also i would rather prefer to encounter something else( a shiny blue flabebe!), also i encounter 2 of them very easy and that's it....im thinking to sending them to wonder trade.

 

The only thing that is "shiny" about a shiny foongus is the top of it's head. I couldn't even see it until it sparkled. Immediately after catching mine (I called her Ms. Purple), I put it up on the gts in exchange for a non-shiny malamar. Surprisingly somebody did take her.

i just wanted to say garchomp , but i see GUMI already pointed out that it's such an awesome Pokémon, why give it this disappointing shiny you could've done better game freak
