There are some Pokémon games that just feel more fun to play repeatedly than others. For me, this is Pokémon Platinum, which I have played at least a dozen times. Emerald is a close second, too. Which game is the most replayable for you? Why? What keeps you coming back?
Definitely Leafgreen for me. Gen1 has always been my favorite and leafgreen is just such a pretty remake. I can play it over and over without getting bored unlike most other games.
Honestly, I have...issues, with replaying Pokémon titles. After spending hours and hours on them the first time through I'm generally sick of playing them after that for quite some time, and the newer games make the older ones feel slower and clunkier. I mean, as bad as Gen VII is, they certainly feel better to play than, say, Gen III. All the little things - faster dialogue speed, nearly instant saving, the EXP progression bars if you want to go back to compare the first and second generations - really add up and you don't notice them until you no longer have them...it's pretty surprising, because my overarching perception of Pokémon as a franchise is that it never really changes. I suppose the Gen IV titles would be the most replayable for me because they're the ones I enjoy the most, but I still find myself growing impatient with them these days.
I don't know that they were the most replayable, but the are the ones I've replayed the most. I have probably played Pearl the most times, followed by soul silver, though I never quite finished that one most times. I'd usually get bogged down around the sixth gym for some reason.
Hmm... This is tough for me, especially since I love both the normal and off-series. But in the end, the victor is SoulSilver. Why? Because I love the story, and watching the growth of your enemy/rival has always been something I've found appealing. Plus, it's harder than most of the games they've produced recently, adding to the thrill of strategizing. It's because of that, that I keep coming back for more. It's fun, it has a good story, and just the growth of characters is the world to me. If they could produce more games like that, with a good story and harder battles, then I'm sure SoulSilver wouldn't be the only one I go back to.
I enjoy replaying Pokémon Gold. I like the post game of playing through Kanto, and the story is fun. One of these days I'm going to play Heartgold, and then that one will probably be my go to replaying game. Until then though, it's just plain old Gold.
I don't think any of the Pokémon games are worth replaying. The tutorials last too long, and once you've been through the gyms, there isn't much to be surprised by. Plus all the story lines are pretty much the same. The only thing that could bring me back, is the fighting tree in Pokémon Moon.
I don't replay any of my Pokémon games, so I guess none of them. Haha If I had to replay one game though it'd be BW for sure. Had a blast playing them.
Either SoulSilver or AlphaSapphire. SoulSilver because of the excellent post game content in the Battle Frontier and the Decathlon and AS because I love love love gen 3 and the remakes.
Well for the most part all of them, I replay them all a lot but if I have to pick I'd say HGSS, ORAS and BW/BW2. HGSS just because is my personal favorites, ORAS because is overall just good games and BW/BW2 for the story, I really like the story in those.
I've found all the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games to be pretty replayable. Granted, I haven't replayed many of them, but still... The game I have replayed the most is Pokémon Blue, though. It's quick, simple and I've played it well over 20 times, back when I had no life.
