Movie Snacks!

I don't remember the last snack I bought at the movies. I'm a little stingy when it comes to spending money. Don't get me wrong, I love to snack. Snacking is one of my favorite pastimes. However, it isn't worth it with the prices theaters charge. Besides, if I do get a snack, I'd probably finish half of it before the movie even starts.

 

I usually get the popcorn, but I have brought in my own stuff before. The price for the snacks there are kinda high. The popcorn is free on Saturdays for some reason, but I'm not complaining.

 

When it's up to me, I'm not buying snacks. They're just too expensive, like you've all said. Besides, if I were to buy snacks, it would be the same for me as for Lost: I'd be done with it about five minutes into the movie, unless it's something like an extra large tub of popcorn. In which case it'd be gone about fifteen minutes in.

But prices aside, when I'm watching something (movie or show of some kind) I'd rather pay attention, and munching on something in the meantime sort of detracts from the experience of watching attentively. There are times to eat, and that's not when I'm paying attention to a plot told through visuals and audio wizardry.

 

I never buy snacks at theater. They charge very high. I bring my stuff with me whenever i go to watch movies. I go to theater rarely because my parents dont go and they dont allow me to go alone without them but thats the another thing. i dont buy at theaters but i like eating snacks while watching movies.

 

I do buy snacks at theaters, even though the prices they charge are insanely high. It's just... there are signs everywhere telling us we're not allowed to bring our snacks and I don't want to take the risk...
Whenever I go to the movies, I usually stick to the combination of a small popcorn (salty, not sweet) with either M&Ms or Skittles, depending on what I feel like eating.

 

Popcorn, popcorn, and did I mention popcorn! I LOVE movie theater popcorn (just don't give it to me while it's full, or you will get showered by it at the first loud noise, explosion, or chase scene)

 

Popcorn is good, but I usually like nachos. I feel less ashamed of myself when I finish the nachos in comparison to finishing a large bag of popcorn because I can't help myself. If I'm sharing them yeah popcorn. Oh and buncha crunch. That's some good stuff

 

Dude I sneak in snacks every time omg. Usually, I like to have a bit of candy. But my fave is chicken nuggets tbh. The theater I go to has a Chick-Fil-A right next to it, so I usually will sneak in a box of chicken nuggets. I am craving some now dude but it's only 10AM frick.

 

I usually snack on chocolate or popcorn.
If not that, anything regarding confectionery.

It helps the ads go faster I feel lol
That and I have a short attention span, very short.
So I always have to be eating to cure boredom.

 

Small popcorn, peanut M&Ms, and maybe sour patch watermelon. EZ.

 

I sneak em' in all the time, it's much cheaper than buying unhealthy snacks at 5 times their normal value. Usually I'll take in a bag of lollies (jelly snakes and stuff) to share with my friends.

 

I don't buy food or drinks at the movie theatre. The prices are ridiculous. They charge between four and six dollars for a box of candy (the same price as a large pizza from Little Caesars) and six dollars for an Icee. I could get the same size box of candy at Dollar Tree for...a dollar. I could get a Slurpee from the gas station that's twice as big as what they give you at the movie theatre for $1.17. Fuck movie theatre prices.

Sometimes I sneak food/drink in, but not often.
