Would you prefer to see multi-form Pokémon such as Rotom, Deoxys, Shaymin etc get various forms in mega evolution, or just the single form?
I'd prefer to see multiple forms given access to mega evolution, probably just with the one mega stone rather than several individual ones. It seems kind of nonsensical to give a Pokémon the capacity to change its stats or type normally and then not when mega evolved. Then again, I'm not the one developing the games, haha.
Which do you think would be more likely? One form, or several forms? Why?

It would be a little odd to see, but I wouldn't put it past GF to make Mega Evolutions of Pokémon that already have various formes. I wouldn't be a fan of it, personally.

Well, i can understand a few. Such as.cherim or cheribi (whichever is the evolution), and especially Castform. If Castform didn't have multiple forms in Mega, then it wouldn't be Castform. All the others are still them, just regular. Castform would seem pretty pointless without its ability.

I don't think they will make a different Mega Evolution for all of Rotom's forms, for example. I think they would just make one Mega, based on its standard design. Otherwise it would just be too much for one Pokémon. One Mega Evolution per Pokémon is enough.

I like this idea. The two forms of Mega Charizard was a great innovation and it allows Charizard to thrive in both physically and specially-based roles. But this idea takes things to a greater and more complex level. By boosting the stats and maybe the movepool of the Rotom Deoxys, and other multiple-form Pokémon, you are truly making them worth adding the megastone too, while increasing the attention they get. In competitive gameplay, sometimes one of the many forms of the same Pokémon receives attention, but if you apply a mega stone to every form, then each Pokémon gets a chance to be more viable. I think this is a great idea and Gamefreak/Whoever decides this stuff definitely needs to look at this.

If I were to design a Rotom mega, I'd probably combine the different formes (this seems to be the standard for making a mega, accentuate whats unique, and/or give it flowing locks of luscious hair) So Rotom would have a sort of transformers robot amalgamation of the different formes. This would be pretty cool too me. I don't believe it would work well in general though

I think it would be a little too complicated to give megas to different forms, since Mega evolution is basically another form itself. Why give a form to another form? Honestly, keeping track of the stat changes would be extremely difficult for me, considering Pokémon with 6 forms already have stat changes, so giving those 6 forms mega evolutions would be 6 more. 12 forms for a Pokémon? That's absolutely insane! One to two mega evolutions per Pokémon, not form please.

If you ask me, Pokémon like that shouldn't get a mega at all since they already have different forms, but if they do give them a mega, it should be just one mega, as a sort of extra alternate form, if you give all forms a mega, it would be way too much.

That's an interesting idea, and I think it could be possible. Just take the basic form of the Pokémon and mega evolve that. Nothing too complicated, but it's still a pretty cool idea.
