Which musical instrument you have? Which one is you fav? Which one you wanna learn?
I used to play the cello. I played in primary school for 3 years, but had to quit when I left for high school.
I used to play the piano, but stopped somewhere during high school. I still have the instrument at home, but I haven't touched it in a long time...
I have always wanted to be able to play both the piano and a violin, but sadly I don't have enough time to learn a new instrument these days.
I have a guitar but I don't play it much.
I learnt piano for a few years a while ago, but it never really interested me so I dropped it. I also started to learn the guitar but I didn't like the idea of my fingertips growing tough so that ended quickly
I loved guitar very much earlier. But now, I don't have a tiny interest in it.
I've been playing flute since 5th grade (so seven years now??). I'm pretty sure I'm also the only one here that still actively plays said instrument lmao.
I used to play the piano when I was little, but I lost my passion for it a long time ago. My family has a lot of musical taste though. My dad and brother play guitar or ukulele on occasion, and my mom is learning to play the fiddle.
When I was very young (I'm talking single-digit age young) I played the piano, and did so for a handful of years. I was rather proficient at it, and had little doubt of my skill at the time; as long as I practised a piece and familiarised myself with it, I knew I could learn to play almost anything.
I ended up dropping out after several years, as my mother would always want to watch me play, and I do not do well with anything when I am being watched. It is most definitely not a pleasant memory, and I have no desire to return to it or any other musical instrument ever again.
I play piano and still do. I was interested in learning the piano after my family got an old keyboard from my paternal grandfather when we were visiting them and taking some things from him and my step-grandmother to lighten their load before they moved down to Flordia. (My Step-grandmother moved back up here after my grandfather died). Then for my 6th or 7th birthday, about a month after, I got my first lessons from a local piano teacher, who I still go to to this very day. I would also like to learn how to play possibly guitsr becaus why not?
I have a piano back home that I really want to learn someday. Never got around to doing it...
I also took violin lessons for a year but tbh it wasn't my thing. My finger positioning was awkward haha.
I've been playing the viola since I was seven years old. Did it mostly through grade school and college. Now I still do for fun and occasionally do a couple of side jobs for events or merely just for fun.
"Violist for hire" lmao
I play piano currently; I've taken lessons for seven years. I started taking violin lessons last spring; I've certainly improved since then, but I don't refer to myself as a violinist yet. That would be like saying that since I can play a C scale and "Twinkle, Twinkle" on the piano, I'm a pianist. (except my Twinkle is a lot screechier on the violin. Moving on.) Once I get a good grasp on violin I want to try viola; it's close to the same technique, just larger and the finger positions are different, so I think it would be a fairly easy instrument to transition to. At one time I wanted to learn to play the accordion, though, and we actually still have one gathering dust in the basement.
As for musical instruments I have . . . I live in a fairly musical family. My dad has quite a few guitars (electric and acoustic); we have a ukulele and a toy one; a banjo; maracas/other things of that sort; harmonicas; and a flute, from my mom's high school days.
I played piano for 14 years. I haven't played in about 5 years but I could probably pick it back up again. I just don't have the space for one.
I also played trumpet from 5th grade to 12th grade but stopped after high school. I wouldn't mind picking it back up but it's loud!
I really want to get a harp. I figure it's not much different from a piano - it just stands upright instead. I would also like to learn guitar and violin or cello.
My siblings got all the musical/artistic talent in the family... I try to learn the piano but it usually just ends with me bring frustrated because of my large fingers and slow reaction time.
I still play cello lol
I'd like to learn piano if possible tho!!
I play flute/piccolo
Well, I learnt the acoustic guitar in primary school, but I stopped. I can still play it, though!
I learnt the alto sax in high school (which is SWAG LIT kill me)
I like the voice of saxophone a lot!!! ^-^
Yeah, it's actually so fun to play the sax, with so many sounds you can make!
