    With X and Y came a whole slew of new music for your listening pleasure as you proceeded along with your adventure. Which song did you like most? Did you spend time idling in the game to listen to any particular tracks like I did? Which songs do you feel could have been done better?

    I looooooove XY's OST; it is my all-time fave Pokémon OST at this time. I especially love the following tracks:

    ~ Snowbelle City
    ~ Dendemille Town
    ~ Shalour City
    ~ Courmarine City
    ~ Kiloude City
    ~ Anistar City
    ~ Laverre City
    ~ Battle! (Gym Leader)
    ~ Battle! Champion
    ~ An Eternal Prison (the music that plays when AZ tells the full story of the war)
    ~ Emma's Theme

    As for tracks that could be improved, I guess the VS Trainer theme. It's one of my least fave battle themes.

    The music in X&Y was really... strange. Not very Pokémon like. That isn't a bad thing at all, some (most?) of the towns had pretty nice tracks. That said, I was personally disappointed with X&Y's music compared to BW/B2W2's tracks, being totally honest here.

    I found Lumiose's music really obnoxious and annoying haha, maybe it's because I associate it with the frustration of trying to navigate the place... :D It reminds me of the bike themes which I've never been a fan of.

    My favorite music from X&Y is probably Anistar City's, it's so soothing, mysterious, and overall interesting and very pleasing to listen to.

    The music in X&Y was decent, I've heard better music tbh, it wasn't really bad though.

    Now for the positive side: The gym leader's theme and Lysandre's theme were absolutely amazing :D

    I really liked Anistar City and Diantha's battle theme.
    I feel like both had such a calming and yet powerful effect that honestly blew me away.

    I agree with Pixil. The music didn't really sound Pokemonish at all, but it was still a great sound track. I really love Champion Diantha's theme. If there was one song I would listen to every single second it would be hers.

    Hands down, Lysandre's theme. Half the time I just put down my DS and jam out a little bit, listening to that sweet theme, I even used to listen to it on repeat while drawing.

    The battles themes in X&Y were really good, especially the Gym Leaders, Champion and Lysandre's theme. The Elite Four theme was a bit disappointing, but overall, I really did enjoy it!

    Ohh yeah, I really liked the champion theme as well! Probably not quite as much as Iris's, but still really good! I didn't like Diantha's character too much but the theme, I am a fan of. :3

    Edit: Ehh, after listening to both themes I think I actually like Diantha's more. But it's a close call. ;)

    XY was a great game! Buuuuuuuut ORAS is better in my opinion.
    Lysandres theme and Dianthas themes were my favorites :)

    Snowbelle's music really is beautiful but I have a huge attachment for the Dendemille theme in particular.. there's something so peaceful about it that makes me want to go outside and watch the stars. Lumiose is also very dancy despite how chaotic it is in-game, pff.

    Overall though.. I love Diantha's theme most. Originally I didn't care for it at all but something about the style of the song made it grew on me after a while. Now I can listen to it all day.

    I loved Diantha's battle theme, as well as the VS: Gym Leader theme. I just loved listening to those themes, even if the Gym Leader theme was a little odd and out of place in terms of Pokémon soundtracks. The Gym Leader theme felt quite tense, whereas Diantha's theme had this real sparkle about it *_*

    The Coumarine City track! Like, this music is outstanding; very fitting for a city by the ocean! Like, all in all, out of all the city theme's I've heard in Pokémon, this one is definitely the icing on the cake for me; but in general, I'd say X&Y theme's are really, really amazingly peaceful and tranquil! I hope the future games will follow this! <33

    I'm gonna say this: the music is very clean and I love it. The rhythms are perfect and the music flows no matter where you are. I love the music in Pokémon X&Y.

    Guh Coumarine's music is very nice, despite it being such a forgettable city. </3 I almost missed that one! The rival theme is nice and energetic too, really does give off the feeling that you're battling dear friends.

    I am a huge fan of both the trainer battle theme, and the rival battle theme. I have both music tracks on my iPhone and I alternate them as ringtones. They're so catchy and awesome to listen to. <3
