I like that Diancie is thrown in to give some defense and rock coverage to an otherwise frail team (besides dragonite). You might want a rapid spinner to get the stealth rocks away from the 4x weak talonflame and the multiscale dragonite. My biggest recommendation is...... why doesn't Gardevoir get a bathroom related nickname?

I can't rate it properly if you don't explain your team. Also, most of them are missing items.

All I can tell you right now is that your team is completely walled and killed by Chansey, Rotom-W and Azumarill.

Well I can certainly say that your nicknaming tendencies are interesting to contemplate the origin mentality of.

    Toilet<3 (Talonflame)
    Ability: Gale Wings
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 244 SpA / 76 SpD / 188 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Brave Bird
    - Flare Blitz
    - Roost
    - U-turn

You are missing an item, but seeing as this appears to simply be the smogon set, you may as well use a Choice Band. That's what this moveset is made for (aside from roost's addition), after all. I also don't think you should invest evs in your special attack when you have all physical attack moves. Aside from that, there is a reason why this is a very common set; it works.

    Diarrhea<3 (Diancie) @ Diancite
    Ability: Clear Body
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 248 HP / 124 SpA / 128 SpD / 8 Spe
    Modest Nature
    IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
    - Diamond Storm
    - Dazzling Gleam
    - Moonblast
    - Ancient Power

Once more I continue my contemplation of the psyche behind nicknaming. Your evs once again confuse me, in that you put only 8 into speed. May as well put those points into your special attack, seeing as gaining only +2 to speed generally won't help you much. Looking at your ivs and moves, I see you have a specific iv set but no hidden power. Why? You are just lowering your stats needlessly if you aren't using 31 across the board and you don't have hidden power. Onto your moves, and I wonder why you have the physical attack of diamond storm when you lowered your attack stat with your nature. I also wonder why you have two moves in the fairy typing instead of going for greater coverage. Those are both things that would be wise to change.

    Butt PaperZ<3 (Dragonite) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Multiscale
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
    Mild Nature
    - Dragon Dance
    - Draco Meteor
    - Outrage
    - Fire Blast

I wonder why you chose to invest in special attack here when dragonite have a much stronger physical attack. Your choice of which moves to run mixed with is also confusing. By only having dragon and fire type attacks, you are severely limiting your range of being able to hit opponents of many types. Furthermore, the sp att detraction from draco meteor will likely render fire blast cripplingly weak, leaving your only choice to be to lock yourself into outrage, where your opponent can easily switch on a fairy or steel type on you. I'd recommend either switching out outrage or draco meteor, and getting iron head over whichever one you replace. That'll give you good coverage against fairies, and another strong physical move for dragon dance to boost. Though if you are running dd in the first place, I'd suggest just going all out physical attack, since dragonite has a great physical movepool.

So far, I have to say that heatran (a very common ou poke) walls your team completely. That's not good.

    HugePoo~ (Hydreigon)
    Ability: Levitate
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 252 SpA / 92 SpD / 164 Spe
    Hasty Nature
    - Outrage
    - Dragon Rush
    - Crunch
    - Earth Power

Im just going to ignore the lack of items from here on. Once again I wonder why you invest all special attack on a mostly physical attacker. Just give it earthquake over earth power and invest all in physical attack. Or, better yet, switch it to fully special attacks to take advantage of hydregions higher special attack stat. You also once again have two moves of the same type. Variety in move types is never a bad thing, and it is always better to be able to hit as many opponents as effectively you can.

At least you have a move to take out a heatran, though a strong fairy still kicks half of your team so far.

    FartPoofyZ+ (Alakazam)
    Ability: Magic Guard
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 236 HP / 144 SpA / 4 SpD / 124 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Calm Mind
    - Shadow Ball
    - Future Sight
    - Psychic

First up, why future sight? You already have psychic, which honestly works better. Fill that space with focus blast or grass knot for better and much needed coverage with your calm mind boost. Aside from that, I'd say this looks good, though the random 4 in sp def once again confuses me.

    Gardevoir
    Ability: Synchronize
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpA
    Mild Nature
    - Destiny Bond
    - Dazzling Gleam
    - Calm Mind
    - Fire Punch

The lack of a nickname would be interesting if your moveset didn't have 'interesting' already covered. Why do you have fire punch on gardevoir? Their physical attack is terrible, and you can just use fire blast instead for a strong special move that benefits from calm mind! Furthermore, moonblast is far superior in power and effect over dazzling gleam. I would also reinvest your evs into mainly either sp att and speed or sp att and sp def, so that you can either be faster than your opponent or you can get even more of an advantage from calm mind.

As an overall review, I think you are trying to focus too much on using special and physical attacks, instead of just recognizing and using your Pokémon's stat strengths. That's not a good thing. It's good to keep a balance between the amount of physical and special attackers on your team, but sacrificing power for hitting in both aspects on all your mons is not a smart idea.

You also need to recognize type variety in your moves. Right now, you have yourself limited to the point that you are easy to counter. Like I said earlier, a heatran can take out most if not all of your team. A bisharp can also wreck a large portion of your team, being immune to or resisting three of your pokes types and movepools and hitting super effectively back. You need to pick moves that can hit with your STAB strengths, yes, but you also need to have moves and ally Pokémon to cover your weaknesses.

You should also use items in the future, though I say that thinking you probably just forgot to add those here.

In the end, this is a team that needs a lot of polish to shine, but that could shine with some definite work.
